  It seems like I'm an anomaly. I do ALL my tricks way different, but I make them work somehow. For my heelflips, I need to have my front foot dead center of the deck with very minimal toe hang. My back foot close to a normal ollie position and with 60% of my weight on it. I don't know how it works for me, but I just ninja kick it off the side of my foot and it sucks up to my feet every time. My kickflips, on the other hand, are atrocious.

  I find it helpful to watch the inside of my back foot’s heel. When I do it down stuff I plant my front foot on the edge and push back a little.
