  I remember doing a routine with my partner on hoop for a comp (we do have these but they were small) and I was off beat by a second and I lost points because I laughed and I couldn’t get into the hoop. We still came second tho 😂

  Rhythm. She lacks rhythm. I know rhythm is the last thing on your mind when doing these things but it really makes or breaks your performance. I suggest working on it
