Horse training, Steer riding, and whips just begin to cover Joel Lybbert and his eccentric life style. specializing in starting horses Joel puts a reining type foundation that excels in the arena, on the ranch, and down the trail. he also runs western entertainment at rodeos and fairs, riding his steer Jasper and buffalo Indy, cracking whips and trick roping as well.

Broke better than both my horses!
So cool and good video work.
She looks smoother than most horses to ride. She is going to make a nice mount. Sure footed and a good mind on her. Great job.
Personally you look much younger. Beautiful country. Wish I could ride along with you on these wonderful trails. Till next time love from Ontario Canada. God Bless and keep God's country the way he made it.

Can they ruin their teeth by crunching on the bit in their mouths? Curious. He's a great looking horse.
Think this will make a fine horse.
Hello from The HAt
Pretty country. Yes grow the mustache back. Leave your hair long. I think you will always be a young looking person. Yall got better genes thsn i did.
Is jasper a texas longhorn or a corriente longhorn mix his horns are short and upturned but he's huge
Jim ya gotta stop tryna break those rodeo horses lol
First comment Good Job
Nice rope work,…idk why but it reminds me of simile muscle memory from spinning fire or glowsticks,...idk maybe a silly observation
Congratulations on your success. Best of luck at future sales.
Beautiful creature ❤
Actually the signal that signals there is a car in drive thru is triggered by metal. Since the steer is not metal it won't beep inside.
The first time i ever one of your videos was you riding the Longhorn in the drive thrus. Been checking out your videos since. Just subscribed as well.
Seems a bit risky n dangerous like broken bones
How do you get the rope off in this situation, if you can’t get close enough and the horse is larger/flightier?
Congratulations!
WOW! Way to go! Congratulations from Medicine Hat .
Congrats young man! 🤠
I searched for this. beautiful !!
Amazing skill and quality. Thank you for sharing this video.
I just learned about what hobbling is from reading the rangers apprentice series - specifically book 7 Erak's Ransom. Cool video to learn about it!
Who says that cowboys aren't that bright? This trainer is one of the most well-spoken individuals I've ever listened to, and he sure seems to know his business, and the owner has enough sense to not step on his presentation which has this podcast being a tribute to the integrity and the intelligence of today's cowboys. For what it's worth from a city slicker who now understands that I knew absolutely nothing about horses, good job men.
I'm 69 years old. Rode my grandfather's mules, in Tennessee, every summer as a kid. Never used a saddle. Loved those old mules! Years later (early 1980s), a friend of mine bought a pack horse for hunting. He was greatly disappointed when that horse would not allow him to put dead elk parts on him. I suggested he get a mule as the were much smarter than horses. He followed my advice and was quite happy with his pack mule.
😂❤😂❤😂❤
Hopefully the bidders will drop lots of money in your guitar case. Best of luck Joel.
