    something to keep in mind is that the high speed needle works "on top of" the low speed needle, that is to say the low speed needle is still having a small effect even at full throttle. Another thing is, I don't do this personally but some people will set up their two-stroke engines, chainsaw/weed eater/dirt bike etc to load up (rich) and eventually die after 30 seconds idling. They use this as a safety measure and it could also be an idea for an RC car if the receiver battery dies or the car goes out of range

  • @invisiblespeedrc
    @invisiblespeedrc2 күн бұрын

    @@ArtietheArchon no the low speed needle does not have an effect at full throttle on these engines. And no you cant set it to load up after 30 seconds as it would be so rich that it will not work consistently on the track. If you want to be safe set the high speed needle slightly rich, and use a failsafe.

    Hi JQ, I am new to nitro and tuning the engine but I have had a lot of 2 stroke engine machinery in the past so I think I should get tuning down. I got some really good tips from a few people at my one track I go to, in fact the fella that helped me the most was on your race team. What a great fella, he took the time to explain things and show me stuff and answer all my questions. I feel much better now about attempting to tune the engines myself. I was wondering, could you make a video about the long low speed needle vs the short low speed needle? I have 2 engine right now and one has the long needle and the other has the short. I got the long needle engine running great, smooth, smoke coming out, plenty of power, idles good too. The short low speed needle engine though doesn’t seem right at all. On the box with a slow throttle pull the engine will rev up steadily then at mid throttle it hangs up a little then finally revs out. When I put it on the ground and drive it, it responds like that too only at full throttle it start to get really weird sounding, light I would say and there is no smoke, so I would say it’s very lean on the top. Plus it doesn’t idle right at all, up, down, back up again. To me the short needle seems like garbage. This is how I look at the short needle. At half throttle, the needle is completely out of the jet so that means 100% fuel flow but the slider is not fully open, so too rich at 1/2 throttle. And at 3/4 throttle the slider is open a little more so more air, so maybe the engine is running fine at this point. Then at full throttle the slider is fully open and you are getting full air and the engine is too lean now. This is how I see it 🤷‍♂️

    Humans and life is combination of objective truths, personal truths and the various IQs (intellect, emotional, social, adversity). Balance is important as parading intellect / logic = righteousness will have a negative consequence (society perception = a-hole). As to you don't need God anymore and your definition of God, that is an example of personal truth. It can only be objective truth if you can prove there is no God, however that would be impossible as billions have personally experienced God (I have). I am an engineer by Masters and professional career and base life on logic. We Christians do not use God to explain the unknown or how things work, that is up to science, physics, etc. We believe in God because He has revealed Himself to us believers hence know He is real and are at peace with that. Life is easy if one has a good relationship with the creator of life and the universe. Interesting to see many atheist have a view of religion without even studying religion (Theology). Even basic definition of God is wrong. Glad to see you are back making videos :)

  • @invisiblespeedrc
    @invisiblespeedrc10 күн бұрын

    @@rccartips I didn’t define god, I explained what I think god is. You can’t prove god exists either. God is an idea some people believe in based on faith, and just like you said, the world we live in is explained by science. Once science proves god’s existance I will believe. I don’t say there is no god to be exact, I say there is nothing that indicates that, and it’s highly unlikely. I agree on your other point

  • @rccartips
    @rccartips10 күн бұрын

    @@invisiblespeedrc Yes, I cannot prove God exists, this is a personal truth. Science can never prove or disprove as per Catholic definition God is both present in the world (immanent) and beyond human comprehension (transcendent). Science is limited in explaining the world we live in, for example science will never prove intangibles such as purpose, consciousness, love, ideas, yet we all know those exist. As to rc I have a technical question, does shifting weight to outside tires give initial grip or it is just the perception of initial grip (as the car seems to jolt quickly due to weight shift but overall grip of left and right tires is less than if evenly balanced grip). I am thinking if overall grip also gives more initial grip (as both left and right tires help turn rather than just outer tire). Thanks!

I buy your argument trying to be authentic/not a hypocrat and I like this attitude. Most people these days aren't real or better said hypocrats. So you say things straight others might not like, totally ok for me, but saying you're the worst person "Tebo" ever met is quite a bit over the top in my opinion an tells a lot about Tebo if you ask me.
