I realize this might be the recipe for a scone because Amercians call biscuits scones and in my world biscuits must have sweetness in it so thank you I've just learnt how to make scones the healthy way

русская. типичный акцент, типичные ошибки. никто не говорит properties, когда говорят о свойствах. тем более еды. ну не поймут вас, если по словарю слово в слово переводить. не работает так язык.

You are ruining the honey by putting it in pot and boiling it! Add after the boiling process .

Can you use olive oil instead of vegetable oil?

You can, but I would recommend using a mild tasting olive oil. Hope this helps.

I’m glad I discovered your channel and video. I always wanted to know the proper way of washing mushrooms because to me it’s common sense that anything you buy, produce or meat when it comes from the supermarket you gotta wash it. I’m glad I found your channel once again, and I know the proper way of doing it.😎

Hi, I've used your website for a recipe but can't remember which it was. I was born in Turkey and we migrated to Australia when I was 8. I am now 62, and I've only been to Turkey 3 times since. Once when I was 15 to 16 in a boarding school, once in 2012 when my dad passed away, and again in 2013 for some unfinished business. But I want to talk about your coffee. I'm often short of time so make instant coffee, or plunger coffee. I also have two coffee machines which I also use from time to time. I am not a big coffee user, but I have on average one coffee a day. Of course, my relo's in Turkey often drink that scalding tea! :-) Anyway, I have experimented with Turkish Coffee, and admittedly I have modified the recipe. I mostly make it out of Milk! That's right, not a drop of water, but full cream milk. The rest is pretty much the same as if with water. I also nowadays don't add any sugar as, well, I'm pre-diabetic. Yes, milk coffee in Turkish style tastes delicious. But probably substituting for the sugar as I loved my sweets. My dad also was a Turkish sweet maker, making Lokum (Turkish Delight) and other sweets in a shop. Many a month I mixed those huge vats of sugar loaded water and fancy flour mixes (nişasta). Anyway, just wanted to say Hi, and variations to Turkish Coffee by Turks (or former Turks) overseas. Thank you! P.s. I have several sized Turkish Cezve's, as well as Aussie pots, and many Turkish coffee cups. Though none as fancy as yours. Oh, that reminds me, when I was 16 and returning to Australia, there was an embargo for local nationals re purchase of Coffee. And I recall when I was at the airport a local Airport worker asked me to buy him a coffee bag, because he couldn't get one. I of course was happy to buy him one as he was also paying for it. Those were the days.
