  It's very unfortunate, but anyone that wants to be a police officer. Must understand that shooting or being shot is a very real possibility, I'm sure that when they want to become police officers, I have a relative who become a police officer and in about 4 months he quit, he said he just couldn't pull the trigger

  Start waves by performance absolutely did not start in 2010! I ran for 13 yrs straight (starting in 95) and always had to have proof of qualified race to be in the seeded time group. Turning in proof of times always got you in a time group more towards the start.
