Welcome to my little corner of the internet where I post whatever I want whenever I want! Currently, it’s been videos tracking my weight loss surgery journey. In Jan 2021 I had the modified duodenal loop surgery (also known as SADI-S, SIPS, or Loop DS) My posting is not regular, so be sure to subscribe and ring the bell if you want to catch my videos when they drop.

So motivational, more power to you guys
This made me tear up. Being pushed into the competitive dance world messed up my body. I want to run so bad but I’m scared of the pain.
🙌🏽🥳❤️☺️
Congratulations, keep at it!
Congratulations!! This is so inspiring 🙏🏻
Very cool! Love that you run together! Congrats and keep up the good work!!
I'm dealing with chronic foot pain right now, i'm glad i've landed on this channel. Doctors have no clue what's causing my pain.
Thanks for dropping by! I (Lindsay) run this channel so I can’t really speak much to my husband’s foot pain. But he did respond in another comment below with some things that have helped him. I know the biggest one was getting the right shoes and insoles.
I love this for yall
Congrats! That is a great accomplishment for you both!!! And you seem that you love it. Enjiy the new lifestyle!!❤
How you managed with your foot pain? I have fascia inflammation in my foot for two years now. I think I started to move less, coz it’s just uncomfortable all the time… any tips?
I have metarsalgia. What I have found is that I need better shoes, better arch support, and a proper insole. My pain isn't gone, but it's much better than what it was.
The response above is from my husband who is the one in the video from me. I (Lindsay) told him to respond. Hope that helps!
Thank you for sharing. Postpartum depression is a b%#?! and I lost myself for a minute…food was a comfort. I am down 13 pounds and counting. This really motivated me. Thank you and proud of you! Keep loving yourself!❤
Congratulations 🎉❤
That's very impressive! Get it!
너무 멋져요~~~♡♡♡
Thank you! I'm starting my own.
Congratulations! You look so vibrant and alive! Keep going, you're worth it :)

I need your motivation!!!
How wonderful!
You go gurl!!
Hello, your doing great and congrats I know i communicated with you a couple years ago, I got mine done shortly after you did and was pretty funny we had the same surgeon I was 416 at my surgery date and now finally kind stopped losing weight I’m sticking around 187 it’s been 2 years I to have a lot of loose skin I call it my wing suit lol but I’m working with the drs to get insurance to cover skin removal as medically necessary I just have to have 6 months of stable weight meaning not losing or gaining + or - 5 lbs or the clock had to start over But congratulations and thank you for your update.
I'm so happy you shared your experience!
Keep going dude!
I literally met with a surgeon for the first time yesterday. I'd honestly be satisfied if I could achieve the results from your 4 month video, let alone this one. I think your results must be especially good, and I have to give you major props for sticking to the exercise and diet after the surgery.
Thank you!! This wqs 2 years ago (I took a loooong time to post this) and I was thrilled and thought the weight loss was done. I might have to do one more update. I’ve continued to lose a bit more and I’ve met some other cool physical milestones. The surgery has been a biggest blessing of my life. Best thing I’ve ever done. Good luck with your journey! I wish you all the success!
Thank you for the update. you look amazing and beautiful. I had the surgery in 2020. It was worth it, I have loose skin but it's ok. I love my body more now than before.🤍🤍
The loose skin is a badge of honor! It reminds me how far I’ve come.
I'm considering this procedure. When I look at the thumbnail on either this video or the 4 month video it literally brings tears to my eyes. I was a swimmer in high school, and then I joined the military, but now I have 2 teenage kids who literally have never seen me under 50 bmi in their entire lifetimes. I'm especially glad that you shared your experiences with food in this video. I have developed some bad eating habits, but I also know what it's like to be healthy. This video helps me understand the level of commitment I'd be signing up for if I go forward with the procedure. I'd really love another update, but either way I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing.
I wish there was another followup after the 8 month video, but this is really helpful, thank you! I'll watch the 8 month one after this one.
@@SomeGuyFromUtah I have good news! I finally did an update! I filmed it 2 years ago and never got around to posting it. It’s up now!
I was always told the body doesn’t lose inches and pounds at the same time. That’s why it’s good to go by both.

Your skin looks so healthy! Thanks for the tips.
I am to on my way to having the gastric sleeve. Going through the process.
Hi again. Did u have your surgery in 2 steps or 1?
One step
Hi there. Im having SADI soon. Im happy I found you.
Good luck! Hope everything goes well!
I'm almost 1 month post op
Thanks for sharing im about to have the SIPS surgery to help with my health issues like T2DM. I've done all the testing and on October 5th my surgeon is going to give me a date. So I'm starting to realize i have to plan for the weight loss mentally and with clothes 😂 I'm super excited and glad I found your videos. Thanks for putting SIPS in the title. I watch your 8 month video first bc that what popped up. I also had the wrong idea about surgery. I know someone who did it, and i started researching and figured out the health benefits and thats all it took. I was all in! Thank God for his guidance to make it all happen. ❤
Pasta? 😂
Hi! Hope you are doing great! How much total weight did you lose overall, have you maintained it and what’s your current weight? I’m considering having this procedure in 1 month. TIA!!!
Congratulations, you are doing fabulous and I pray your progress continues!!!🎉🎉🎉
Nice I did my research about wls, gastric sleeve and gastric bypass for many years now 😊

Hello thanks for the video im watching from Canada. Im trying to choose between gastric bypass and SADI just curious why you choose sadi over gastric bypass thanks
Hey Lindsay! Wondering what your social life looks like. Are you able to drink alcohol on a night out?
You can see more of my day to day over on Instagram! Www.instagram.com/thelindsaylist As for drinking, I didn’t drink before surgery and don’t after either so that’s not a question I can answer, but I have a close friend that had the sleeve and she is able to have alcohol.
The hair loss will be a positive for me as my hair is super thick and i hate it😂
I have come here to watch your journey as i am at the start of the weightloss surgery journey and my surgeon said this procedure is best for me and i have to look into before my next appointment.
I just had my surgery yesterday
First congrats you look beautiful, can I ask a question regarding stomach trouble, and the bathroom, worried if i cant get the to bathroom fast enough.
Thanks! As for bathroom troubles, I never had any issues with that. Everyone’s experience is going to differ, but I haven’t had that problem.
@@thelindsaylist glad to hear, I am in beginning stages if planning for SIPS
thanks for sharing your journey. I am considering getting this surgery done and I like being able to hear from people who have had the surgery done
