Combs the Nerves....kzread.info/dash/bejne/eZufw8xrnLW2pbA.html...... what do you think...She comes back a 1,200 feet hi this time ? I say she does it in less then 30 Minuets....When she does will give her a nice extra Slice of skinned Pigeon breast.. ( protein muscle builder ) I say after her Molt.. she will hit a 1,000 feet in less then 5 minutes... Early goose season save breast meat for her by Christmas she will have a chest on her like a beast.. you Wate and see.... There she coming in on a head wind ..Nice .. ok you know what to... Lets do it..........................

Wow man that was impressive...How did you learn all of this.Stuff ..Well I got my first incubator when I was 10.. in Hi school they called me Bird Brain.... by the way that was last century ... Lol.. my brother was into bird of pray.. I was so so with it.. Flew homers for a long time.... etc etc... then went hunting with a Hawk some place out of Know where and the bird would stay with Us... Long story short Used my collage education thinking cap.. Lets Do this.... By golly.. I may have it.... Tee Mince 10 and counting...release the falcon... you have seen the result..on the past two flights... She is an absolute dream to Fly.. Does she have a name..? Well really do not name birds.... But in her case we call her PEACHES Lol... by the way I did not pick that name.. I would rather call her EVERYREADY.. .. If she miss that first pheasant.. maybe send off the second pheasant . kInda If ee on that one.. or just pull ot the lure and call it a day... don't know that would have been and instant Decision eather way... Just keep in Mind ANY mistake you make in training will show up when hunting ..this guy thats makes these vid.. Lure swing it ,thro in some Yelling , Like it time to round up cattle,,, Lol... Not How it Works...Dude...Gata go...BY

My brother and I never flew tail tail chaser...let the armatures do that... We used old time telemetry the kind that beeps....Relasse the falcon...many time it would head off..who knows how far. 10 or 20 minuets...Chase that hell no..Trespassing..and all kind of problems... Just wate...telemetry would beep more frequently....Scan the sky with binoculars always have extra for guess...She is out there...she coming..beep beep....There she. is !!!!!.coming out of the south..she got to be over 1,000 feet up....get ready hold it ..hold it..Ok she is directly above Release the Pheasent.. it on..she is dropping like a rock ..go baby go.. drop the binoculars..and run...NOT a lure ever used or needed on that day.....Let her gorge up one the kill as we rested ... the falcon knew that all the action to take place was where we were.. Well trained Falcon Guys..Thank you for the show...And thats all she wrote...👍

Also you can slow down a pigeon by clipping out every other wing feather Say 4 feather for example on both sides..... Every other feather not 2 in a row.. These pigeons some my not return home..but some do... doing this closer to home... A dot in the Will drop out of the sky and hit the pigeon... A friend of my brother.. flaw a falcon I released a pigeon it was a miss...So my brother got his falcon out...falcon left the area...10 mins latter..with Binoculars She was Over head..Where where ? Toseed him the Binoculars...Right there on the left nevt to the cloud...while he was doing this..I grabed a pigeon with 4 feather cliped out on both sides..... Bam ...Wow that was quick..How did you guys do that...I will Never Tell...Lol

I watched it again..let see... Out comes the lure..falcon not responding....but eventually returned...and hit hard.. ( with out that swinging the lure for So called exercise ) So this falcon is not totally screwed up... Now if this guy will understand ..Only release Bag game WHEN the Falcon IS CLIMBING .. and a ABSOLUTELY nO MORE lure swinging the lure when the falcon comming back for so called Exercise .. Falcon returns the falcon should HIT the lure Hard...Bird down.. DO NOT play or pull the lure.. Bird down feed up Well..Done...As long as this falconer can Disciplined Himself to do this at all times and not deviate from it... this is critical... This falcon should when lt leaving the fist start climbing This ... Falcon will realize Oh I get it..Its when I climb hi is when I see Game...Baged or other wise... Nothing happens lure out Falcon respond.. Right away.. hits the lure hard..Instint Kill...NO struggles None of this reinvent the wheel with some So called METHODS...... If this guy can Disciplined Himself..to a STRICT ROUTINE ..which is ESPECIALLY important with the Prairie falcon..I see where this guy has potence..But it all up th him to do it

You could try using a noise maker like I do with eagles. Fire some shots (in a safe direction), or hit the can air horn. I've not tried it with redtails, but it might work. Some redtails can be pretty stubborn about defending their territory from other raptors. If that's the case, your only choice might be to give up on hawking that particular field.

Make a video on how to feed the falcon to keep it in shape as feeding is one of the most complex things. There are foods that have more energy value than others and sometimes when you are losing weight to the bird by giving it the same grams of meat you do not see much result because it turns out that those grams contain more calories than the food you gave it yesterday and this becomes a bit frustrating because every day giving it the same grams of food it always has almost the same weight and the bird becomes very lazy when you go to the field to hunt.

Is that these trips are expensive.. and time is only like 2 weeks.. there are alot of Falcon in the weathering area...To find each one and there owner... of the bird.... Mostly avoid the Harris hawkers.. ok what ever.. .. then the falcons.. look them over.. something about this one.. LOOK S good... ..I tell my brother.. Oh, Steve and I have been co-workers for going on four years now. He was my trainer when I started driving school buses. Steve started driving my freshman year but I didn't get to have him as a driver.

I'm happy with Cosmo's progress this year. I would have liked for her to have caught more game, but we have a solid foundation to build on for next year. Yea most of the time ducks aren't much of a challenge for Clyde. That doesn't mean he still can't mess it up.
