    If you are constipated. First, drink 1-2 glasses of hot water (for pregnant women, just warm water). Then, with your fingers, grasp the anal area between your buttocks while standing, and press several times as if you are pressing buttons on a remote. Press firmly, then wait for 10-15 minutes. When you feel churning in your stomach, it means everything is ok, it means water has entered the exit hole. Then, drink 1 glass again, but this time go to the toilet. Again, standing, repeat the same thing with your fingers in the anal area. Press until you feel a strong urge to defecate. When you feel a strong urge, immediately sit on the toilet. (And quit smoking and drinking alcohol.)

    Thank you for sharing your method! While different approaches work for different people, it's important to be cautious with any physical techniques and consult a healthcare provider before trying new methods, especially those that might be a bit unconventional. Drinking warm water can indeed help with digestion, and lifestyle changes like quitting smoking and reducing alcohol intake can also improve overall digestive health. We appreciate your input and encourage everyone to find what works best for them while considering medical advice. Stay healthy! 😊

    Can you eat the leaves raw

  • @AlinartHealth
    @AlinartHealth21 сағат бұрын

    It's generally not recommended to eat soursop leaves raw due to their tough texture and strong flavor. Instead, the leaves are typically dried and brewed into tea. This method allows the beneficial compounds to be extracted effectively, making it easier for your body to absorb them. If you're looking to use soursop leaves, trying them as a tea might be the best approach.

    FISH GETS THE OMEGA FROM ALGAES

  • @AlinartHealth
    @AlinartHealthКүн бұрын

    That's correct! Fish, especially fatty types like salmon and mackerel, accumulate omega-3 fatty acids by consuming algae and other marine microorganisms that produce these beneficial fats. This makes fish a direct and potent source of omega-3s for our diet. For those looking for plant-based sources, algae supplements and flaxseeds are great alternatives. Thank you for highlighting this important point!

    Can someone drink Tumeric with milk.

  • @AlinartHealth
    @AlinartHealth2 күн бұрын

    Yes, you can definitely drink turmeric with milk! This combination is commonly known as "golden milk" or "turmeric latte." It's a traditional drink that combines the health benefits of turmeric with the creamy texture of milk. You can use any type of milk you prefer-cow's milk, almond milk, coconut milk, etc. Just heat the milk with about a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a pinch of black pepper to enhance the absorption of curcumin, turmeric's active compound. Some people also add a bit of honey or cinnamon for extra flavor. It’s a soothing and healthy drink, especially good before bedtime!

    Have you not heard yet the Benefits of SATURATED FAT?

  • @AlinartHealth
    @AlinartHealth2 күн бұрын

    Thank you for bringing up the topic of saturated fats! Indeed, the discussion around fats, including saturated fats, has evolved significantly over the years. While historically viewed negatively, recent research has offered a more nuanced perspective on their role in diet and health. Saturated fats, found in foods like dairy products, meat, and certain oils, were once thought to contribute broadly to heart disease. However, newer studies suggest that the effects of saturated fats can vary depending on the source and context of the overall diet. Some sources of saturated fat, like coconut oil or dairy from grass-fed animals, may have health benefits, such as supporting cellular function and immune health. It’s important to balance the intake of saturated fats with unsaturated fats and to consider the whole diet for its overall nutritional content. The key is moderation and the integration of diverse fat sources to support metabolic health and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. We aim to present a balanced view of such topics in our videos, providing information that reflects current research. If you’re interested in more detailed discussions about dietary fats, including saturated fats, and their impact on health, please let us know, and we can consider this for future content. Thank you again for your comment and for pointing out the importance of keeping up-to-date with nutritional science. We appreciate your engagement and are here to help provide information that can assist in making informed dietary choices.

  • @AlinartHealth
    @AlinartHealth3 күн бұрын

    I'm sorry to hear about your health challenges. Managing hepatitis A, fatty liver, and jaundice requires careful attention and professional medical advice. While our video provides general tips for supporting liver health, your condition warrants personalized guidance from a healthcare provider. For now, here are some general tips that might be helpful: 1. Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water can help your liver function more efficiently and assist in flushing out toxins. 2. Eat a Balanced Diet: Focus on foods that are easy on the liver, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Avoid processed foods, sugary snacks, and high-fat foods. 3. Avoid Alcohol: Alcohol can further damage your liver, so it’s crucial to avoid it completely. 4. Consider Liver-Supportive Foods: Incorporate foods known for their liver-supportive properties, such as leafy greens, garlic, and turmeric, but always consult with your doctor first. 5. Consult Your Doctor: Your healthcare provider can offer the best advice tailored to your specific condition, including potential dietary adjustments, medications, and other treatments. Your health is unique, and professional medical advice is essential for managing your conditions effectively. Wishing you a smooth recovery and better health soon!

    What about red meat?! That boosts glutathione?

  • @AlinartHealth
    @AlinartHealth4 күн бұрын

    You're right to consider the role of diet in boosting glutathione levels! Red meat is indeed a source of the amino acids-like cysteine-that are essential for the production of glutathione, a critical antioxidant in the body, particularly in the liver. While red meat can contribute to increased glutathione levels, it's also important to balance red meat intake with other health considerations, such as its impact on cholesterol levels and heart health. Including a variety of other foods that can help boost glutathione, like garlic, avocados, and walnuts, which are mentioned in our video, can provide a broader spectrum of nutrients while supporting liver health. For anyone looking to increase their glutathione levels or improve liver health, it's beneficial to maintain a well-rounded diet that includes a mix of protein sources, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Consulting with a nutritionist or healthcare provider can also help tailor dietary choices to your specific health needs and goals. Thanks for your question-it highlights an important aspect of dietary balance and liver health!

The concept of 'detox foods' generally refers to foods that support the liver's function and promote overall health by providing nutrients that aid in the process of detoxification. Foods like beets, ginger, and cilantro can contribute to this by supporting liver health and aiding digestion, thus enhancing the body’s natural detox processes.
