  Schooling fishes are always fun to catch. The best times are when they’re topwater feeding. That’s when filming topwater action is the best.

  Nice. Love devils lake. 30in walleyes, 18in white bass, and 12in crappies was the norm. 10hrs away from me. Cant tell you my spots, so dont ask. Hahaha

  Launch at Devils lake North boat ramp, fish area right of Lakeside Haven Campground (Search on google maps). Use caution, some parts getting to the area is shallow and sketchy.

  Fun when you're on the bass! Don't reel up so far. You're reaching out on the rod to grab the fish, good way to break a rod. Instead leave more line, tilt rod back, land the fish.

  I moved away from this area, but I would assume its good with the higher water levels compared to last year. Every year this spot produces for me.
