Could do with an automatic trailer wash bay like ones at construction yards. That would clean underneath which is the hardest area to clean on the ground.
I presume you have your payment terms on your statement I would pick them up straight away and not deal with them again bad payers should be named to help other genuine businesses from suffering the same problem in my experience a bad payer is generally always a bad payer Michael

While I wouldn't report anyone your video sometimes makes you look like you are driving and working to many hours, in this one you start at 6am and appear to not finish until 2am the next day that's a 20 day which unless you had 9 hours off during that time isn't allowed
I had 10!hours off during the day.

No its never easy to uplift equipment but when you take some one at face value you expect them to be honest enough to pay you, the worst thing is you know that it is going to affect his business as well, not easy but why do they purchase equipment that is going to put them on the bread line
The horrible thing about non payers is , you are the one who has to do all the chasing up!! That time, money, stress etc. Then you have to do the courts etc and then the repo. More time, stress and money. When you do get your goods back you find they have been abused and broken. More time, stress and money!!

I suppose the amount of time you are prepared to wait for payment depends on the status of your relationship with the custemer, for example if thet are a trusted friend then maybe you could allow them enought time to get their stall together? You have monthly finance bills to meet in order to continue trading so at some point the financial aspect would take the lead.The problem with non payers is that they will just move on to the next supplier and run up another big bill. If they said, look, I am in a bit of a spot and cant pay you for a couple of months the thats another chunk of food for thought.
I have tried all that but when to are constantly told you will be paid later or tomorrow and it never appears and you are constantly told lies you get to a point of saying I’ve have had enough

Dartford crossing was much worse before the bridge was built only 2 lanes each way under the Thames. The only other option was the Blackwall tunnel and that was murder also, many hours have been spent in my younger days sitting in these traffic jams on monday morning or friday afternoon

Great video, it’s surprising the area you cover, it shows the reputation you have. The paint work on the Bailey trailer is quite shocking if it’s only 2 years old, would it be worth showing Bailey incase they have had a batch of bad paints.

You certainly run an impressive business there Michael. There's a lot of work and effort goes into projecting a very professional image of GCS. Your trailers get major amounts of work put into them before you send them back out on new hires looking in almost immaculate condition. There aren't many business people like you who take great pride in what they do.

Great video Michael touring around Toms farm. I was at school with his father Richard and have fond memories of his grandfather and grandmother Tony & Betty when they lived on the farm in the village. Keep your videos rolling.
Going to be more bad payers and people who cannot pay because they have over stretched themselves. Never known so many parcels of land for sale because farmers are trying to gather up some funds, banks asking for debts to be reduced

I have taken peoples new cars away and hidden them.stood outside their homes with a loud hailer at 5 o/clock on a Sunday morning, followed them into restaurants and confronted in front of their "Bull shit friends" .. NEVER FAILED, But never call them a customer, They are your enemy.
