    Cure time online says 24 hours is that true, or are they ready to shoot as soon as the glue cools?

    Is the anti rattle screw a standard part of that mount or something you added to it?

    You might consider wearing your gear belt a few inches below your navel as I trust your pants belt is located. You loose about 25% of your breathing capacity for providing oxygen to your muscles with your gear belt located across your stomach.

    I love FDRoosevellt SP, been hiking there for the past 14 years. The terrain is beginning to take more of a toll on me. I'll be 77 this year, bad right knee and a pacemaker. Hate to give it up so doing best I can to still enjoy the trails. Take care and enjoy the outdoors...

    Thee most beautiful song bird I've ever been blessed to be a witness to. I've been playing these songs for days. Night actually. It's almost as if my bird has a infinity with this song video. Amazing.... I'm a totally bird listener as of these song messages. Thank you from my heart. Amazing!!!!

    It's 3am and the mockingbirds outside my window have been going at it since about 10pm. While they are lovely creatures, I wish they would find another tree to hang out in. I could scream!!!!

    Had to look up this bird after seeing a post on fb where one had built a nest in this lady's flower pot. So I googled to see what it looks and sounds like. Beautiful but it might get a bit annoying in the small hours of the night🤣

    Truly amazing birds. I'm playing this clip outside, and a mockingbird decided to visit my porch about 4 feet from where I'm sitting. She didn't sing back, just looked at me quizzically. ❤

    Thanks for sharing! I picked up a Browning nomad today at the thrift store. It looks like new and was only 35 bucks. Marked 54 inches and 54 pounds. I’ve been shooting a 47 pound recurve so this should be a nice jump in poundage. The first number in the serial number begins with a four so I would assume it was made in 74?

    How do you get the point tapered like that? And how do you know what size point to get?

  • @Woodenarrows
    @Woodenarrows5 ай бұрын

    For the point size, you purchase same size point as the arrow shaft diameter, usually 11/32" or 5/16". As for taper you can purchase taper tools for the correct 5 degree point taper and 11 degree taper for glue on nocks or build a DIY taper jig as I have done. Here's my DIY taper jig video kzread.info/dash/bejne/dKua0rOvm9zKdrw.html

    So Jim, can I ask what the brace height is that you have on that bow? Also, what arrows are best for it? I have a 38# and it shoots left with 500 spine arrows.

  • @Woodenarrows
    @Woodenarrows5 ай бұрын

    Yes, the white card is a 3D score card holder. Has animal kill zones and holds score cards. I seem to always be the score keeper for the group...
