I'm not a monk could refer to the time he went to visit a monk and talked about the pressures around him and his up coming military serve. Next thing he knows his conversation with the Monk has been reported to the press and he made twitter post about it saying 'didn't expect to see our conversation in the news never mind I'll go to another temple next time.' So that might be a reference to that or it could be a reference to the fact he's a normal person and he's not perfect monk.

"who pissed him off?" Oh, a loooot of people... this man has been one of the most hated celebrities I've ever seen although he seems like a genuinely nice dude who always tries to listen, grow and improve himself, unlike a lot of people. He can't breathe without people screaming at him and spreading conspiracy theories. BTS have also been targeted like crazy throughout their career by people trying to sabotage them, and he's personally had several serious death threats including having to cancel shows at times. Not to mention when they first started to make it big in the West they faced so much racism and xenophobia but had to keep smiling and couldn't complain. Throughout all this he's been expected to be perfectly calm and neutral while acting as a translator and making all their statements as a leader. And the the South Korean government has been on his ass trying to make him sit in their pocket or using BTS as a token for their negotiations. Not to mention the general daily hate, like there were so many hit tweets when this album came out just saying he's the ugliest man alive and he should kill himself, it's been like that for years... "the world's full of thoughtless bastards" indeed... So yeah, I'd say he's had ENOUGH at this point lmao.
