    You sound like a jabroni going around quoting "my father, my father" Based on that alone, I feel bad as its probably not your fault. Before you think too much and hurt your pea-brain, the key and steering wheel have Maserati trident badges now, I know thats not what you wanted to hear but, you can let your daddy know. I really hope you are some goofy European dude, no red blooded American would spend a Saturday morning commenting this. Go back to your hole you troll.

    Dude, just a small question, does the valve open\close by putting into sport and comfort? Or the valve doesn't work? Plus, does the pops came with the exhaust once you put it on or you have to coding to make those pops?

  • @andrewf80_
    @andrewf80_2 жыл бұрын

    Hey hows it going, No coding, the pops did increase a little from JB4 but the biggest difference is the catless downpipe. I believe other n55s need coding but the m235i had burble stock, as for the valve I've played with a few methods in sport + it does open and stay open most of the time but definitely closed in comfort unless full throttle, if you want it always open for free you can just turn the car off when the valve is open and disconnect the valve. Jb4 does offer open and close operation with the BC button but sometimes its hard to tell or changes when you don't want.

    What’s the difference between this and the m performance exhaust on a m235i

  • @andrewf80_
    @andrewf80_3 жыл бұрын

    The main difference for me was the Cost, I found an m2 muffler for $200 and it cost $80 to have the exhaust exits converted, M performance is 3-4x the price. Sound and volume wise its pretty much the same!

    @@jeandandrea6757 It really depends on the offset, do you know the offset of the wheels? I also ran 19x8.5 et35 square (front & rear) but staggered tires 225/35 245/30 , 19x8.5 et35 was pretty much perfectly flush to create that fitment a 18x8 would need to have an offset of et28, whatever the offset of the wheels are if you minus 28 from that number what you're left with will be the spacer size youd need to create that width. Suspesion wise you would only need H&R springs to get pretty much perfect height wise - I do have some other pictures of my M235i on my instgram @andrewf80_ if you want to see some of the other wheel setups I ran

Do you know of any armrest versions out there that are low profile? I'd even be willing to give up the extend/retract feature on the armrest. Thanks either way.

    Have a 2014 looking to do an ER Catless Downpipe and BMS JB4. I have 35k miles on the clock on mine, have you experienced any reliability issues with your mods? Also your car seems to pop a shit ton I love it! Is that just a result of the catless DP?

    Thanks man The car popping is from the factory tuned Over Revs but are definitely louder and more aggressive from the combination of Being Catless, The tune and intake add to it. I have 33k miles on my car now and have been running these mods for over 10k miles and haven't had any issues. Seems to be just as reliable as stock would be , I would go ahead and do it completely changes the car in a good way you'll wish you did it earlier much more enjoyable between the extra power and sound
