Does anyone one know what exactly Sissy fixed for Wes to eat? I heard it was an omelette 🤔

  • @345mrse

Apertif, a light dinner salad ( vinegar dressing) then a filet appetizer followed by veal parmesian, zucchini, oiled peppers and some fried eggplant, smoked potatoes and rigatoni with gravy then cream pies or lady fingers.Dinner wine to complement food and digestion throughout the meal and frothy, bubbling champagne with dessert.

I ask myself the same question all these years later but I guess sissy thought bud was being overprotective and was being a controlling husband over the dang bull. but really he was just looking after her the whole time and loved her. An all-too wonderful movie and I have watched it literally dozens of times since 1980 ... the music , the acting , the camera work .... there also is realism in this movie , at least for me in my life anyway , that the best girls ever , go for the bad guys , not to mention that Marshalene was simply just "used" . Yeah , it was just acting , but I seriously felt horribly for Marshalene , by the way ....
