  Joyeux anniversaire Mr BOO ! Vous êtes aussi frais que la rosée. Et bravo Tim pour l'obtention de son permis de conduire. Peut-être que la compagnie d'une vieille dame charmante toute en rondeurs, qui ne va pas trop vite, ondule sur les bosses ou quand elle tourne, une vraie pipelette (blabbermouth) dans les montées et adore être décoiffée quand il y a du soleil ferait plaisir à Elton et toute la famille, y compris Twiggy ? Je nomme Dame 2CV6 Citroën... Et vous ne seriez pas déroutez par sa simplicité, fiabilité, ni par l'ouverture des fenêtres.

  Izal bog roll. In the forces we got Izal bog roll that had "Government Property" printed on every sheet. I think it was to deter theft but who would want to steal Izal? Brilliant video, it really made me laugh. I'm looking forward to next. week.

  unfortunately you need loads of gear to be sure you're covered for all eventualities when camping - not so easy with a Citroen Ami! Mind you I used to go camping with a bicycle, but I was much younger...

  It makes me want to go on holiday right away! In exactly seven weeks' time, I'll be sitting at the breakfast table with my wife in the south of Slovenia. The Karawanken tunnel is just around the corner and the next stop is Serbia, before arriving in Greece after another overnight stay. Then we'll finally see our children again, who flew ahead two weeks earlier. But I'm at least as excited about folding the tent in the next instalment! ► 17:21 ◄ Ein Bembel aus Frankfurt! Hope you didn't get too attacked by the mozzies. Now the weather has turned nice we had a few up here in the Essonne last night.

  Thank goodness for an upcoming second installment - so you have then survived. Oh, la vache! I haven't laughed this often, long, and hard for ages and ages. I commend your patience in these "struggles", and your ever-present wit and good humor. You truly are my favorites of all time. Truth! (And may I now be so self-indulgent as to send a special "shout out" to Mr. Boo..... About a month+ ago, after turning a corner and running into you unexpectedly at La Reale - and acting like the gushing super fan that I am - and then some days later seeing you at Chez Betty. I've been so disappointed in myself and my shyness at not waving to you there and saying Hi - thinking "oh, I wouldn't expect you to recognize me, altho it seemed you just maybe might have. I had hoped I'd see you both again sometime around la petite ville and I could buy us all a drink and even dinner if I could be so lucky, but alas no such luck. Long story short: I kick myself for not at least waving to you then, Boo. So, now each and every time I watch you here I say "Hi, Mr. Boo and I give you a wave". Whew! now with this, my silliness, off my mind - I can tell you again how much I adore, as in love, love all your posts. Can hardly wait to see your next post. And will so hope we can meet again within the next year, at Chez Betty, where Alexi and Rita were so welcoming to me as I had a room there for some nights and enjoyed my coffee and beer there watching the world go by, as often as I was able. Yes, Yes, I've just decided "It Must Be Done!" (iF you will 'have' me)! Ha! And if and when I see you both in person - I'll bring boxes and boxes of your favorite teas, promise. Let me know your favorite Twinings. "May the powers that be make it so." Oh, how I've carried on here! Would Adore a reply from you sometime to keep in touch.   The last site I visited in Brittany had a nudist beach as well as WW2 coastal defence bunkers at each end of said beach... These had been painted pink !!
