  I like the word YETI or Venom, yeti big, strong, and mysterious, venom sounds dangerous and avoid at all costs. if scorpions/snakes and insects are found in utah, let it be their name first pick is venom

  I just don't dig the Swarm. Yeti has so much going for it. I don't even think there is a close second. It's unique, built in mascot, the roar of a Yeti in the arena would be similar to the Bruins, etc. I just pray they don't go with a cartoonish logo. It should be more mysterious than fun. I also like the Mammoth but that was more because I saw the lacrosse team play and loved the logo. Just too similar.

  Also my favorite before Yeti was Utah Grizzlies. I know it's their state's ECHL team, but it just sounds so badass and could see a cool branding of a ferocious bear Maybe they had a problem with giving up their name because I haven't seen it mentioned. I think it has a great ring to it. Yeah, there are the Bruins, but at least bears live in Utah, just maybe not grizzlies.

  Great video. Definitely love Utah Yeti. Just sounds good together. Mythical, unique, mysterious, dangerous. I hope they bring back some purple in the NHL like the Jazz's classic colors.

  Although I'm down with the Yeti, I love the Utah Outlaws rhyme and think the design & theme possibilities would be so fun & endless! They could hand out bandannas with the logo on them, people would wear cowboy hats and whatnot. The goal horn would be a horse scream or a country song with gun shots! STICK EM UP!!! 👈🤠👈

  2011 is the absolute GOAT for me, those designs on both sides I thought were iconic and those uniforms are burned into my brain after the amazing HBO show surrounding the event that year.

  I voted for Squall, Yeti, and Hive. I think Swarm could work, and while you ruled out Mammoth due to the NLL club one state over, there is also a Georgia Swarm in that league and I'd wager SEG wants a truly unique name no one's used at the pro level. Also, if they do go the Hive/Swarm route, I could see them maybe going with yellow and brown as opposed to yellow and black? But if they pick one of the other most likely names, the colors should be powder blue and purple.

  To be honest I don't like any of them. I would name them the cougars or the mustang's. But I live in Ohio where the Cleveland baseball team decided to rebrand and no one was expecting Guardians, everyone was saying spiders, walleyes Buckeyes, buzzards and rockers

  Bad idea the whole thing is just a big mistake franchise somewhere else Utah jazz??? Really that state has nothing to do with jazz music for one especially coming out of new Orleans come on people get seriously real. What about Portland Oregon or something like that that would make a excellent hockey franchise
