  I don't think hiding the truth ever helps, Even if the people are hurt or dead. I feel that it will save more lives, as so many people are distracted today, and still way too many drive while under the influence of something, even their phones. As a kid, I would read the Highway Patrol Magazine, and there were horrific weans in there, and I didn't want to end up like that.

  There are some accidents that you're never going to survive, but there needs to be much higher safety standard in commercial truck engineering and construction. The driver in the yellow truck might have survived with the steering column hadn't crushed him. There's no reason for something like that to happen.

  My dad was killed in a motorcycle crash. He was a very conservative rider, and was the saftety officer in his club. No matter how careful you are, if you ride enough, sooner or later you're going to get hurt.

  The FMCSA doesn’t hire drivers, The Companies HR Departments and their Safety Department hire unqualified drivers, not the FMCSA.

  This is a Knight Holdings problem. They may have bought Swift. But they may have forgotten to change the culture of Swift. This Swift into Knight and not the Knight into Swift would have definitely explained the Merger back in '16 as to who gobbled uo who. My best hopes for the driver.

  I would like to know how many of these people watch the motorcycle races and don’t realize how long those guys have been racing and have lots of experience? I watch a lot of these shows that show how incompetent these riders are!!!

  Also put into perspective… the rider probably didn’t have full gear on either. I see so many riders on Harley’s or cruisers with not even gloves or a helmet on smh. Dress for the fall not the ride is the golden rule no matter how skilled you are on a bike.

  Probably broken down due to a lack of def fluid and was hauling a full load, when transmission goes out it's not usually moving down the freeway, either way he could have rolled off the road
