First of all sorry for my broken English. What is your goal? To find for a daily commute? Or an overland ride? Or maybe a daily commute + off-roading weekend? And my opinion, RE Himalayan 450 is the best except the offroad experience. I’ve rode it, for me the power a bit more than expected, manage to put a big smile on my face along my 304km journey, the suspension setup something that we need to address, bring above-average level of comfort yet you still can bring it to the winding road, attacking the corners, and this bike will bring another smile, maybe on your eyes, because you mouth already smile earlier when you got on this bike earlier. P/s : i’ve never rode CF 450MT, and i will never try to do so because of my love towards Himalayan 450 😂😂😂

@@Mademototrip by mileage i mean not only the range the engine give you maybe its just me but i find it weird that a 450 twin cylinder which is also liquid cooled is giving you 22kmpl meanwhile you have RE's 650 twin cylinder which is air & oil cooled also giving you 22kmpl.

CFMoto will NEVER address the mapping issues, that's because you are riding a motor by KTM which was meant to be in the Duke 490 and since it's part of the Duke family, it follow BS6 emissions standards which is why it's jerky and has throttle lag. The only way to fix it is to buy a O2 Sensor mod or a piggy back ECU like one from RapidBike. You'll have to wait til RapidBike gets hold of one of these bikes for them to release a update for their RapidBike Easy (O2 Sensor mod) or the RapidBike Evo (Piggy back ECU). I'm glad I cancelled my order for the CFMoto 450MT since lots of reviews report it having the same throttle lag/jerkiness issues. I have a Duke 390 so I know all bout it. On a better note I'll probably end up getting a CFMoto 800 MT-X instead of this.
