  Excellent news for the SA fight fan. More competition in the market will hopefully raise the level and interest in the sport. Think boxing 5 have to step up to take on the current top promoters in sa - they are not there yet - having a tv/platform partner deal is a great leap forward in competing.

  Great interview. Besides the actual boxing, what strikes me about Kevin is he knows how to handle the media and markets himself really well. He is articulate and insightful when he needs to be, gracious in defeat and victory in the post fight interviews and he knows when to turn on the noise in pre-fight build ups. When he is retired one day, he should present a course to the upcoming SA fighters. I hope the Okolie fight happens, would like to see that.

  I couldn't agree more. I think him teaching the SA up and comers could be the biggest gain in the sport.
