😃 Hello there! I'm Tammy Lee, a certified personal trainer, endurance sports coach, teacher and owner of GO FIT LIFE Coaching & Education. I offer workouts designed for middle-aged individuals. These routines focus on strengthening joints, improving bone density, and enhancing flexibility and mobility. You'll find strength training to combat muscle loss, cardio for heart health, and exercises to boost balance and coordination with an emphasis on staying injury-free. All workouts use basic equipment, perfect for home use.

    Absolutely. I also have to think outside the box cause my kettle balls are heavier and so some exercises I modify so I can use them. Also have a straight bar I use

    Love it!! I love these short workouts... If I'm tired I can do one or like tonight I put 3 15 minute workouts together.. Challenging but short enough you can push thru

    Ha. I have no idea how old you are, but if you're in the middle years, you should know they are some of the best years, right? Yaaas! Gotta build that muscle and maintain health. I wanna still ride my mountain bike and be wiping my own arse when I'm in my 90s, so for me, it's definitely a priority. 😉 💪 🚵‍♀️

    Thank you, Regan. That's awesome. It's nuts as I had my channel since 2012 and only last October did I FINALLY figure out how to create workout videos that people WANT to use. I'm a solopreneur and wear every single hat in my business, including bookkeeping. I could do more for my channel, need to fill in some gaps, and I have a sh!t ton to learn yet. One step at a time. It certainly is a journey. 🤪

    @@TammyLeeFitness Definitely more of a marathon than a sprint!!! Just watch those analytics they dont lie. Im a HUGE advocate of niching down and focusing on a smaller audience, give them a personalized experience and you'll have alot better luck converting them to potential products, services, 1on1 coaching etc...good luck and looking forward to watching your channel grow!! :-)
