Women 50+ Build A Stronger Upper Body With Supersets

🗣️ If you want an upper body strength workout to help you build strength and muscle and you are a woman over 50, then give this a try.
For optimal results, do the routine 2x per week and as you get stronger, do more reps per set or increase your weight.
If you are just getting started with strength training, take a lighter approach. You don't have to do all the sets either. Work up to it over time.
Focus on being mindful of all your movements. Practice engagement. And if you feel pain, stop immediately.
