In the video it’s recommended 90 seconds microwave or hot water dip. However in the written instructions it’s 30 seconds. I’m confused
Just got mine and it's trash. Don't get one.
How exactly does this mouthpiece help you breathe better during sleep? It only fits over your bottom teeth so I don’t see how it moves either the lower jaw or your tongue forward. Can somebody explain how it works to open your airway?
If I microwaved it and I mess up can i redo it again
I am super curious but can't find any reviews.
She’s so fine 😋
Okay my big question is, I used to wear a mouthguard to sleep with and it causes an open bite severely over time , will this product do the same?
Also what settings for what wattage of microwave
Is this 90 seasons on high?
Love my airwavv mouthpieces. Amazing how they change how you feel during and after trainings.
That is not a woman, you tell by the voice...
Steroids affect women's voices that way.

I bought this product but they did not send !!!
Not just that it works. I want to know what it does… And I can’t get a simple answer from anybody.
First of all, you don't break your teeth. If you grind them doing hard training for years, tooth decay is a problem. Mark Schultz is a former US wrestler and he ground his teeth so hard over his competitive career that he needed to have all of them remade. As far as performance, I don't think you can quantify how many lbs it adds to your lift. But, by closing your mouth harder, it's like there's one less weak link in the chain which would be having your mouth open in moments of hard exertion. You can just grind your teeth, but we go back to the problem I talked about earlier. There's nothing magical in this mouthpiece, I use the same that I use in MMA. The only problem is that it's chunkier so it's trickier to breathe with it during long sets, while I suppose this mouthpiece takes that into consideration. I know the powerlifting mouth guards do.
Please tell me how it works
This video is actually really helpful. Hitting 1% harder doesn’t seem like a lot but it can build up and improve numbers a lot
Small improvements make a big difference. Glad you enjoyed it!
Love it just opened mine 😊
So funny seeing him explaining this to her like she doesn't know anything 🤦🏽
Just got mine! Can't wait to start using it!
Juries still out on this one 🤔
I jus picked this shit up I finna let you know how it is
@Legends how is it?
I'd be much more inclined to just buy a good mouth guard if they didn't attach all the bullshit marketing to it. Every single one of these tests are the same as the scam wristbands people sell that help you with "balance". Do the test with the mouthguard in first, and then without, and you will still see improvement on their second attempt. Stop bullshitting people with false claims and bunk science. Sell a good product.
I am confused -- what are you actually advertising that this product does other than protect your teeth from damage if you take a blow to the head? For example, DOES the product allow you to breath through your mouth with your jaws clenched? I am interesting in whether or not it will help me breath with a stopped up nose during the night when asleep but the advertisement only hints at what the product is actually claiming to do. i am not buying something that does not clearly state what the product does.
Yes it allows you to breath with your mouth closed. It encourages your tongue to stay forward and close uo your airway. Bought this and seems to be helping my apnea
@boomlightsout thank you!
What about the drugs?
😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 people would believe anything
Does this help any with snoring?

Dayum manly as fuck of a voice 😅
It makes me drool everywhere :( help
If its too good to be true, it probably just isnt
I was always told to breathe through my nose Because it increases nitric oxide. What’s the rationale for breathing through your mouth? And how does having a mouthpiece make it easier to breathe through your mouth?
You breathe through your nose with it, it pushes your tongue and alignments so it opens the airway for the nose.
There is a number of options for this…How do I know which is better to get, for example, between the HIIT and the Endurance versions?
Is your tongue supposed to go on top of or below the center bar. The mouthpiece doesn’t come with proper wear instructions or an explanation or the science. Thanks

OMG, I'm sure that any strongman, after putting this magical gum in his mouth, could instantly do a split and dance 'Swan Lake'.
I just received my Air Waav Recovery. Why does the product in the video not match what I received. The product I received is clear with a slight violet hue all over and the product in the video has an opaque purple design within a clear mold. Did I receive the correct product?
How does it work for you?
