The Punto Cabrio looks great in red! I have had 2 white ones! Great to see some mk1 Puntos, Cinquecentos, and some lovely Type 169 Pandas!! What a fantastic event!

I am weird, I have always liked the Multipla. The blue Cinquecento is gorgeous, I used to own a black one and I loved it. My brother had a 19, purple with a white interior but he is such a poser.

I lived in Ibiza for nearly 20 years. I bought a second hand one of these,it served me well until it finally could do no more. Well you pulled off from the lights the sound of the engine was soo familiar. A super little car.

Reminded me of a Volvo 245 Estate Dinky Toy Car I had as a youngster, similar colour to the one you have in the barn. I could see myself enjoying the ownership challenge of one of those! Need to think about whether its an interesting replacement for the Fiat Panda 'tip run' car I have :)

Tyre confessions - as a skint 18 yr old I literally found a load of tyres that someone had dumped at the side of the road. Found a pair that were the right size for my car - tread was ok - so had them fitted 😬😒🙄I'm still alive to tell the story 😂

I have just inherited a 2002 doblo, all seems ok but the wipers wont turn off unless i pull the fuse

Usually it's dry solder in the control module on older Fiats but the doblo isn't something we would be as familiar with

For me it’s about being amongst like minded people, who have shared the same life challenges, in an environment where you can be your whole self without needing to apply any filters because you’re unsure of how people might react. Also the diversity and turnover of the cars owned by members means at every meeting there are always new people to meet and new cars to see, which contrasts well to the single marque/model clubs, which I still support and belong to.

Yes that too Plus with the diversity of makes and models there isn't that narkiness you get in single brand clubs if you fit the wrong wheels or a different carb
The Mini may have lost traction the most, but I guarantee he was having the most fun! The gymkhana is giving me silly autocross game ideas as well

I had a similar problem with my 1984 Volvo 340DL when I was driving it home from the place of purchase. Everything was fine until I hit heavy traffic on the M6 motorway. It suddenly cut out. I got it towed to a safe place off the motorway. Half an hour later, it started up fine and all the time I was on the move, no problem. One thing with that engine is the siamese inlet/exhaust manifold. The hot exhaust manifold causes the inlet manifold to get too hot and this causes the incoming fuel mixture to vapourize and results in the engine cutting out. A solution is to stove enamel the inlet manifold to cure the overheating problem. The Renault 5 has the same problem. Wheeler Dealers had a Renault 5 turbo with the same problem. They cured it by stove enamelling the inlet manifoild.

Learned to drive in a polo fox. 55hp and drum brakes. Nearly got failed on the emergency brake. It was so bad.
