I don't like chains, bracelets or the like. But a watch can exude rugged elegance, and yes style. The only " male jewelry " that I find acceptable. Wear yours in good health.
The s in Longines is silent.
My observations were that too large at 40mm + why the obligatory exhibition case back that’s so important to modern day Tissot’s?, although have an unmarked steel-cased Tissot Antinmatique from 1954, has a 31.9 mm case with a creamy dial, saw a larger 36 mm version going for £1.116.59, I got mine for a fraction of the price.
A link for a website review? Can't see that though
I'm enjoying my 5610u-1ber and my daughter have BGD 5000. Gotta love the atomic solars.
Simply go-juss!!
It's your fault that after the first few seconds of listening to your bumper music, Take Five, I switched you off and started playing that Brubeck....
Bill .Gates,Warren Buffet and Bill clinton might disagree with your Dress code for plastic Sports watches!
Recently gifted a caliber 02 black. I am wearing it every day and the black dial lends itself well to formal wear as well. Nice review.
Since Seiko does not make these anymore, I wear a turtle PADI model. Good value and a good movement 4R hacks, hand winded and running at COSC.
I looked at the Moon Phase version of this watch, and the jeweller said that the indices and the hands are solid 18k gold. I'm wondering if the hands on the small seconds are the same?
Love the music. Smooth!
My vostok amphibia "snaps" over its calendar at 3 minutes to midnight. Model# 090679
You said, "it has a heart" it's as if there was a living companion going through life with you. I don't have a very deep pocket collection, but I do have a few pieces that make me happy.
Totally agree with the nice idea of passing my watches on to my sons. Hope they enjoy the connection when I'm long gone. Take 5 Brubeck.
Thanks for the nice review. Can I get one of these new watches if so where?
I wear a watch as a piece of jewelry. Nobody in my life is ever going to have any idea whether it's a $50 or $5,000 watch, or care if it's quartz or automatic. I respect your opinions, nothing wrong with them, but my only criteria are 1) I like the way it looks 2) I don't have to keep resetting it if I don't wear it regularly - love my eco-drive Citizens 3) it has a sapphire crystal, because every one I wear is going to experience collisions, it just is 4) it's sensibly affordable for me.
Pound for pound, in terms of value vs function, the 5610 really is Casio's best G-Shock.
On this video OR1 looks much more better than OR2.
I have both and although the 5610U is awesome, I’m always reaching for the 5600e - it is simple, and just a great readable watch. Maybe I just don’t want to “mess up” the 5610! My automatic watches are just sitting getting mad
The auto-light when you tilt your wrist is such a slept on feature, I like that a lot.
Sigh. The reasons are pretty sad.
I just bought a Baby-G BGD560-7, and I love this thing. It's basically just a smaller version of the DW-5600.

@watchspec Is the watch still available?
@@budnestoyes it is.
Hi sir, pls reply wats d album name used as bgm of dis video
I know the song, it's an old jazz standard that I heard at every party my parents held in the 60s/70s. But I'm sorry I don't know the name or I would share it with you.
@@bigriceburnerName of the song is: Take Five by Dave Brubeck.
BGM was awesome music
Lovely watch , but when compared to the Maurice Lacroix Pontos s 42 , what are you actually paying for….? Brand power Lume inferiority
5610 is the king.. of latest features of the ORIGIN of the is 5600 😅
Logically this is an impractical purchase. M5610U-1JF is a better value. Same movement. Not worth $150.00 more for a better caseback and strap. If they threw in a Sapphire crystal, I would cave, but they didn’t, so no.
I've got the Little King of Watches, the 5600, it was, it is and it will be THE BEST. Greetings from Seville, Spain🇪🇦🇪🇦🇪🇦💪😎
窓口の女性に対応の疑問あり、買う買わないは個人の好き好きだが たった1人の対応の為に嫌いになった好きな時計店、やはり京都気質は好きになれない。
There's a inbetween G-Shock Tough Solar but no atomic signal receiver G-Shock G5600UE-1dr . Priced around 70USD
Hmmm.. champagne or black?!!
Are the screens exactly the same? I want to get a screen protector for mine.
Hamilton needs to bring back their micro rotor movements so the watch can be thinner for their dress watches. Just a thought😁
Poor lume, bummer
Lol, everyone else on KZread complains about the clarity of the Crystal due to the lack of non reflective coating applied, and this guy says that is super clear! Also lasers to regulate? Hahaha maybe you saw the review where they say that sharks with lasers on their heads regulated this movement... what a joker.
This watch is the same price 5 years later. Now is it worth it?
Both watches are amazing, but the 5610 is king
5600 is the origin of the real king😂
Alpinist is less unaccurate vs khaki
“Bummer” that an entry level “luxury watch “ doesn’t come with an in house movement??? What world do you live in?
Nice watch. I'm looking for something to wear on long country walks (tired of getting my iPhone out, and no, I'm not taking my Longines out and having to risk a broken strap as I clamber over stiles) and this seemed to tick the boxes. I think they nailed the design with the clear dial and the size is perfect. The problem with the lume is a real downer though - especially on early Winter mornings in the UK you don't want to be squinting through the rain and dark to see the time. By the way, I take it it has some water resistance - I don't think you mentioned that in the video, but I will have a read of your blog later. I will also check out the Hamilton as I'm fine with hand wind.
It doesn’t look 35 mm on the guys wrist when he’s talking about it in person.
One of my biggest pet peeves with the G Shock line is so many of the modules have countdown timers that don't allow the user to set the seconds. I have found the GD 350 line to be the most funtional module yet. The time of day is displayed through the various functions, the user can set the seconds for the countdown timer and the countdown timer can be started from the home screen.
Too big
Its just as simple as this...a good watch is the jewerly of men, nothing more besides the wedding ring😅, regards from Panamá, thks for this excellent video
Finally a normal, automatic watch for WOMEN! That doesn’t cost a fortune….. thank you!
