Last month I got S5iiX with 35, 50, & 85mm f/1.8 for just under 2500 with tax from B&H this thing is bonkers.
great work man!
10:06 and that is exactly why I advocate for clients NOT to have a wedding party. It's set nowhere in stone that you must have bridesmaids and or groomsmen. People really do forget it's their wedding, not their friends, not their cousins, siblings or whoever else they decide to have in there stealing the spotlight. But I'm just a drunk. What do I know.
10:53 Gorgeous venue, a shame they used such ugly chairs tho.
If you’re using single point auto focus, why would the z7ii be worse also has single point that you can move from edge to edge.
😂😂😂😂❤
I remember I sold my D850 for the S1R Not for the camera nor the brand itself. The mirror less Nikon was Z6 and 7 by that time. Single slot memory card and bad AF killed the game. Why the S1R? Because of L mount … and Leica APO lenses which are far superior compared to Af-S Nikon lenses. Next is that I’m still using Nikon when AF is needed over image quality. Now I have the S5iiX the AF has been improved
Love your energy man keep it going, do you have a large family behind the scenes video with like 10-12 people?
Thank you so much! I don't have anything bts that big, but do have some videos up about wedding day family formals of that size!
This is great! Thank you
Since Firmware 3.0 this camera is like a new version. Much better.
which flash do you use with the S5ii?
Godox V1 O mount!
pure panasonic propaganda ...new ambassador )) Autofocus is just PANASANTIC ) joke serious , moving targets reliability TOTAL BIAS ! Yes IS perfect , yes open gate perfect , but claiming that autofocus for moving targets is perfect can claim only panasonic sales director ....this camera isnt for events photography at all ( maybe funeral body in coffin but not drunk audience ) DONT pay for it ....video yes Photography not ...be careful
gracias amigo. mi pregunta es, que tal desempeño tiene la Lumix S5II? obvio que por lo visto es un buena cámara.
How to do this for lightroom mobile
Great photoshoot. I see you back to your D800 😊
Great video, you're really good at giving a good vibe to the photoshoot, the couple is having fun and follow your instructions.
Love your content brother keep uploading best wishes from uk
Great photo session, but all the preshoot stuff are not necessary. I just fast-forward to the important stuff.
such a great video! but the camera man needs a gimbal asap
how long are your sessions?
thank you for the video and ideas. what is the sun app you use?
It's most likely the PhotoPills app.
I’ve just recently picked up the S5IIX and have been trying to learn more about the photography settings. Started with a GH6 for video. This video really impressed me with the capabilities of the S5II, and gave me hope for learning this skill. Fantastic work!
Wow the last tip was incredible. Could you make an example video of such a notebook? It also always happens to me that I forget all the poses when in stress while shooting. I tried to put examples into an album on my iPhone. But it looks unprofessional and takes time.
Thankx for your video. I've had Nikon Z6 II, with Z lenses. Also had the Sony A7 III, with great fast lenses. I moved to the Lumix S1R and currently have the S-PRO 24-70mm f/2.8 and the unbelievable S-PRO 50mm f/1.4. Probably the best 50mm ever made. Sharp from centre to edges, wide open at 1.4.
The 50 is awesome and the 24-70 is fantastic as well!
Need to hold slash freeze on photo for 5 seconds.
Thanks for the great tips
Super valuable content! Thank you 🙏🏼 Greetings from Southern California ☀️
Absolutely fantastic walk through. So clear and consistent and organic and super useful. Liked and subbed. Thank you.
Sub! Best video for removing redness from skin tone and I watched so many other complicated videos. Thanks so much!
Nice. Thanks for that! ❤❤
gold
Thank you!!
Thanks guys ! Did my first wedding 3 weeks ago and used some of your recommendations. Wedding couple really liked them! Just one thing bride had lot of acne and makeup didn’t cover up very well. So smoothed skin and touch up large spots on every bride photo. Took sometime but as first wedding wanted to make sure couple were happy. What’s your thoughts and which way do you use to smooth skin?
That's great to hear! I absolutely will remove any blemishes such as acne or any non permanent blemish. I only do this in Lightroom using the healing & AI fill mask. Rare is the day I do more than that. You can soften the skin globally by subtracting clarity. It also makes things look dreamy. It takes forever to edit out blemishes, but 10/10 clients will love you for doing it.
@@fortemke Great. That’s what I did re blemishes and turned down clarity on all. Perhaps an idea for a video for you😀
Cute❤❤❤❤
You are a monster in controlling people. Awesome work discipline
Thank you!!
A silly question, but why didn't you photograph the flatlays on the table? Why was it better next to the window?
I shot by the window because that was the best natural light and I used the window frames as texture and leading lines!
Did you really use the 35mm 1.8 the whole wedding did you change somewhen? Maybe at the ceremony?
I may have popped on an 85 for a couple shots during the ceremony, but have shot many weddings solely with a 35!
@@fortemke wow, would not have the confidence to make closeups or tele shots like a ceremony on a 35.
bro quit with the mustache..
hey what setting did you use to get all of the people to be in focus??
If you are about 10 feet back from your subjects and keep them on the same plane, you can have them all in focus even at f1.4. If I'm worried about people moving or shooting a larger group of people and can't keep them in one line, then it's time to stop down. Usually f4 gets you a large enough focal plane.
Awesome!! What lenses are you using,if you don’t mind sharing 😊
I shoot almost only on a 35. Once in a blue moon I will pull out an 85!
groom is lucky
Great advice!
Iam from Madison wi 😃 you do a wonderful job. I do more quinceañeras i only have 4 weddings this year and your videos gives me more confidence. Thanks a lot 😊
So glad the videos have helped!
Just a side note. All L Mount lenses are considered first party native lenses.
Yes, thanks for correcting this!
Learning a lot from you, thanks for the video. Your directing skill is awesome!
BTS is great!! What kind of strap is that
What off camera flash was he using?
Sweeet! This is where I live!
The lights you set up the ceremony was that just a key light or did you use it as a flash too?
Your way of using off camera flash is very unusual. I think you are the only one I’ve seen that lift a flash super high pointed to the ceiling and your results are pretty good. I would love to see a video about your way of using ocf
the best
Thank you so much!
