"The Uselessness of War" An illustrated book that tells the stories of ordinary people whose lives have been devastated by war, showing the emotional, physical and economic damage. Include testimonials from veterans, survivors, and peace experts. 2. Documentary: "The Human Cost of War" A documentary that explores the impact of war on families, communities and society as a whole. Include interviews with human rights experts, psychologists, and people directly affected by the war. 3. Interactive Activities: Peace Map: A large map of the world where participants can mark countries that are or have recently been at war and ongoing peace efforts. This helps to visualize the global scope of the conflicts. Conflict Simulation: Simulation games where participants make decisions in a conflict scenario and see the consequences of their choices. This helps to understand the complexity and challenges of peaceful conflict resolution.. 😊

I turned 18 in the summer of’71. Draft Lottery number was high enough that I wasn’t called-up. Had a buddy, few years older, that was a gunner on a chopper. We asked John about his experience in Nam. He said he’d rather not talk about it. He did tell us if there was any way to avoid going … take it. Hats off to the ones who went.

55 years ago, moving around the Central Highlands. Seems like yesterday. I can recall nearly every location by date. We are old men now. Too many died in their prime. Welcome home brothers. RIP all who passed. Thank you to all veterans. We represent a very small percentage of the population.

Honor to the men who served. They did not make the decision to engage in such a folley that killed nearly 60,000 Americans and hundreds of thousands of others, all for nothing except the arms dealers got richer. Now we are on the cusp of WWIII, more of the same stupidity, warmongers all.
