Nice seeing you making good progress. 6:23 Very important point, target fixation is a big issues else :D . Next level for slow speed is to keep revs a bit higher and control your speed with keeping rear break engaged and use alot more clutch modulation. When you master it engine will balance the bike for you. Feels like circus trick standing still like that. This type of technique is required in tight traffic and narrow streets, steep incline/decline city corners. (Think San Francisco). Spicy revving there 13:07 your so funny :D

I just bought a 2023 zx6r krt a few days ago and it shifts a bit rough from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd when using the quick shift, I then turned off the KQS and used the clutch and it’s still a bit jerky, am I doing something wrong or do I have to make adjustments? I know almost nothing about this bikes transmission. Any guidance would be appreciated! I also have to roll the bike a bit sometimes to shift into 1st from neutral, is this normal?

Make sure you’re releasing the throttle when you pull in the clutch and give it gas when you release the clutch. Only when you’re starting from 1st gear do you give it some gas while releasing the clutch so you don’t stall. Keep practicing, you’ll get better at it. Eventually you won’t fear going out in traffic and you will start to enjoy your rides more. Nice starter bike, by the way.
