You didn't really speak about culture shock, you just said that you missed your parents...
Hey Noah! I just had a quick question, does Yui have a curfew or any other hard rules? Thank you so much already!
nope no curfew. after around 10pm or so you just need your id card to get in
only rule they're particular strict on is bringing non yui residents into yui.

Everyone going next semester drop y’all’s socials I’d love to have friends for when I get there :)
Yo I’m about to go there too for the spring 2023 spring semester. We should meet up bruh 😤😤🫡
I’m heading to Kansai Gaidai this Spring and I am excited but EXTREMELY nervous. I have no clue how I am going to pack all my clothes, coats, and bedding. Also I’m just nervous over planning meals and learning where everything is on campus.
Noah here; I wouldn't worry too much about packing, I found that I overpacked a fair bit. As far as coats go, it's mid-November right now and still about 65 degrees fahrenheit on average. That isn't to say that it won't get a bit chillier, but I'd focus more on jackets and sweaters than full-on coats. They provide a fitted sheet, a normal sheet, and a comforter, as well as the mattress/bedframe (big wooden box, basically), so all I'd pack is a quilt/medium-thickness blanket if you'd like. The meal planning is a little tricky because ISU's program is a tuition-only exchange. Some people get a meal card, but with ISU you essentially buy all food out-of-pocket. Fortunately, there are tons of stores such as the Mandai, Welcia, and Izumiya within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Campus navigation is a cinch, there's a big map when you walk in the front gates that has all the buildings marked out (in English), and the campus is considerably smaller than ISU.
@@RoaminRedbirds thanks for the heads up, I really appreciate it 🙏
I love your editing! haha

Hi I am going on an ISA program! How did you chose your housing through ISA? I just saw the option for housing on your own and then "let ISA close it.
Is the language of instruction for this course is English?
What a jump!!!
This is new channel I think madam
I had watched your video before I came here and it's been more than one year I'm here. <3
I'm interested!
I like how you guys relate the topic to us, in other for us to understand. I enjoyed the video... I can't wait to come to Germany.
Thank you! This video is very useful for my CR-US cultural difference lesson!
Love ur video
2 years ago i watched this video thinking man someday im going to go through the same experience. Now im getting my luggage ready for paderborn 😁
Excellent information about my beautiful country... BTW: Not all of us agree with the Tico time... I hate it.
So, standard of this University has dropped significantly, now instead of providing buddies, they share contact detail of another international student whom you can reach if you face any issues.
Rastas, perfos y barba sucia? que te llevaron a la herriko taberna, chaval? Por cierto es bueno escuchar que le trataron bien, la hospitalidad vasca va a misa como hay dios.
