my wife is here from department of yoro olanchito honduras she likes your property it keeps us inspired to continue working on our farm from here. we built in the mountains and it took a long time 3 different builders hard to get good work out to the mountains and stay

High, but for around a year, the prices have been frozen. As for safety, come down here, go to one of the northern cities (Jinotega, Matagalpa, or Esteli, and spend a few days. One advantage of renting rather than buying is that your landlord knows how to get repairs made. If your Spanish is very good, this isn't as necessary, but work people Spanish isn't quite like US high school and college Spanish.
