Great video. that one clip you showed of the highway right on the beach. I hope that is not the plan of a coastal highway destroying beaches that will kill it. those houses had beach front now its highway front.not good.

We want to move to Nicaragua because of the Cost of Living but more so because of the QUALITY OF LIFE ❤ for me, I'd be moving back but for my Iowan fiancé he would be moving to avoid the rat race and actually enjoy quality time over the everyday hustle. Btw, this is the 4th video we watch and we're loving your channel! Have you considered selling mushroom coffee, is it common/popular in Nicaragua? We have so many questions! Lol

I will be going to the north that Saturday.
One of the reasons that the spending is so low is because people buy their accomodations outside of the country. Nicaragua loses a TON from that.

As a nicaraguan living in Sweden, I am very proud that Lonely Planet mentioned Nicaragua as a value country. However, I agree with Claudio as I wish tourist expends much more money to make a difference in the economy of the locals.

The new Coastal Highway is probably being built to make it easier for trucks to travel up down to deliver the goods across the border. I hope is a four lanes, for everyone to drive safely.

There is not. It is just for goods. We do not have any huge chinesse community. However, you sound kinda racist. Every nationality and ideology is welcome in my country. Just think about how people feels with Nazy ideology.

A lot of locals are not happy about the highway. Its gonna ruin a lot of great towns. Just like costa rica has been ruined...i feel the same will be the same here. I've been here a week and talked to so many nicas not happy
