  I just go in unwashed. Most products will ask you to use the products on unwashed hair.

  It'll appear super black in the beginning. After a couple of washes, it will fade into a darker brown.

  Hello! Usually, you'll want to retwist your hair in all the same direction to keep it consistent. Since I was doing it on myself, naturally it was just easier to palm roll in the different directions.

  Are your ends still combed out? Also did you start palm rolling recently ? your locs look less frizzy than they did at year 3. I really like the thick voluminous locs you had at year 3. I have starter locs and would like to know what to do to achieve that look.

  I have a few locs where the ends are still loose. I've always palm rolled my roots from the beginning, so the shape and frizziness changes over time.

  There was a "limit line" inside the inflatable sink. You shouldn't fill the tub with water beyond that point.
