Bernard you made my day. As a society we have lost it. In our part of the world truth is meaningless and you get punished for being truthful. Nothing in Ghana is based on research, everything is about judgement driven by politics. Elsewhere economies and societies are built on reality, honesty, findings, research, etc. only in Ghana do you hear about digital economy. It’s no theory, that’s why no country has digital except. Leaders are finding new ways of lying to the people and it’s shocking that media house and the people are falling for the lies. I rest my case.

Let's use the Chinese Yuan to import goods in Ghana to reduce the pressure from shortage of the dollar 💰 on the Cedi ¢. It's just a simple common sense. Ghana must sign a bilateral currency exchange 💱 agreement with China and trade with our local currencies.

Hi Bernard and Team. It is as though you are in my bedroom with me; I have been saying this same thing for many many years. The Ivy League education, some of it is not applicable in the African context. Also, the economics we practice here, just does not make sense, yet we take some writing in some books for market's that don't apply to us. You share all my sentiments exactly. This country need JESUS

While formal education can be an important factor in evaluating a leader's qualifications, it should not be the sole determinant. The ability to lead a country effectively encompasses a broad range of skills, experiences, and attributes that go beyond academic credentials. A successful school dropout who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the issues facing their country should not be automatically disqualified based on their lack of a formal school certificate. Ultimately, the decision should rest with the electorate, who can assess the overall capabilities and vision of the candidate

I can't believe the man talking on the show still believes banks only serve a mere intermediary role. That is completely false and shows a lack of understanding of the banking system.

  • @morgankpabitey1837

  • @anthonyyawtwumasimensah197

@@KofiGreat-hb3oi but it creates a wrong impression because that isn't how banks do their business most of the time and isn't a major contributor to high inflation and interest rates. They create loans by giving out depositors money to businesses and investors. This loan was created using money that didn't belong to the bank but depositors. This loan can be bought by and sold to public and private investors hence becoming a medium of exchange. This means private banks are creating money out of thin air and are contributing to most of the inflation in the country. The intermediary theory has been debunked by most economists and isn't a good picture of what happens in the financial sector.

All is about the dollar to cedi and until that is fixed nothing can be done Whether to built or buy all depends on your pocket. I will always advice beginners to built cos with the building one can start by building one or two bedroom and later expand. Mortgage is so risky in this our economy.
