Looks wise it's the Cuda, it's smaller and it looks more aggressive.
Good info
I love it
Noice.
😎👍
Beautiful!
I've had both (1970s models), and they're essentially the same car in most ways that matter, except for the aesthetic appointments. The Challenger, however, was significantly lighter (mainly because it's less wide), giving it slightly higher power-to-weight ratio. Given all of that, I'd still take the B-Cuda, hands down...just a cooler profile : )
Obviously, this comes down to personal preference and I prefer the looks of Dodge Challenger. My dream car would be a 1971 Challenger 426 Hemi. What I own is a 2010 Challenger SRT8 in B5 blue. I'll never be able to afford a first Gen Challenger, but I would like to get a 2015-2017 SRT Hellcat in Plum Crazy. I'm never selling my 2010 SRT8. When I pass, it goes to my oldest nephew. After him, it will go to his second oldest nephew, now 7, who is was amazed at the car.
Im a Plymouth man, own a 68RR.....but when i was a kid the vanishing point Dodge Challenger got me hooked on Chryslers, finally got me one, love my Mopar!!
I have its cousin....love my 68RR!!
I miss the Challenger, but I love the Cuda
My favorite in order: 1. '71 528 Hemi Cuda Hardtop - Black 2. '71 572 Hemi Challenger R/T Hardtop - Black. 572 Hemi is my personal preference here. 3. '70 Race Hemi Challenger R/T Hardtop - Black. Preferably the Torqueflite A-727 Auto 4. '70 426 Street Hemi Cuda - Has to, once again, be Black-On-Black 5. '71 440 Cuda Hardtop - Phantasm Black tribute...
I like it ❤
Me too!
I love them both, but I'd take the smaller 'Cuda, painted In-Violet
1968 was a breakout year for Chrysler Corp. across the board.
Yep, that's true!
Isn't that quarter crome for the 500?
Yep thata right, but this was added for the look on this coronet
Challenger was longer and a little heavier. Both awesome cars!!
My car is a 71 Cuda. Originally a 340, I'm rebuilding it with a 426 Hemi and 4 speed. I plan to build a street worthy copy of Sox n Martin's 71 Cuda race car.
Wow that sounds good! Good luck with the build 👍
I picked Challenger, because you get a rally dash cluster as standard in the R/T and Rallye models. The 'cuda still came with the standard dash unless you optioned for the rally cluster. Plus, the N94 option available on Challenger is pretty cool. I wouldn't necessarily call them "instant" classics, considering they were a sales failure during their production run.
MOPAR OR NO PAR❤❤❤
In the 60's each division had a specialty car. Plymouth had the Barracuda ( a Valiant) and Dodge had the Charger ( a Coronet) but Dodge complained enough when the new e-bodies were coming out they got their version
SO SWEET
I like both cars but if I was forced to choose between the two I guess it would have to be Dodge Challenger. I think dressed up versions of both cars is gorgeous! With white walls. I have always been a fan of muscle and white wall tires.
Awesome bro where did you find this type of car ANYWHERE
It was at a car show, so cool!
The Blue Diamond sweet lord what a beauty 😍😍💎💎👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
За трек👌
Nice mopar😅
The Challenger was the Older Gentleman's 'Cuda, which is a deal-breaker for me. Yuck! They are alive and kickin' nowadays tho!
Lol. I owned a '73 Challenger in college. There was nothing old man about it.
'Cudas are obviously just better! LoLin'
Be still my heart, thats a beauty

Mopar Or No Car 🔥
B body Mopars, there's just nothing like'm.
High winding 340 motor in that body style had to be hard not to leave hockey sticks at every stop light!
True! The 340 engine is a great block 👍
Phenomenal car great song fits well
My block came from a '69 Charger R/T. 440/375 ...
Oh my , my 70 was painted the same color. I had the same hockey stripe with the 440. I have a black one now, 'm building in the garage, but it's a giant rust bucket. I do have the 426 Hemi and the 4-speed overdrive and Dana 60 for it 🤠👍
Rode in one of those and it had a slap shifter for the Transmission. That 340 was a good mid range engine.
Sweet
