I'd like to somehow donate a fair amount for making a video for the community but specifically for me right now on how to actually make gel wax because if you do an extensive search for some reason there are hundreds of thousands of videos that show how to make the scene candles yet no one bothered to figure out how to make the stuff so they don't have to keep buying the stuff at top-dollar I mean it's 95% mineral oil and 5% polymer resin so I don't know if you poxy resin will work but I kid you not this can be done at home. I think because it's so dangerous that people just stay away from teaching people how to make it because of possible liability issues because of course if you're working with oils and resin you are making a form of plastic but with that much oil don't forget oil is used as fuel hence the candle making do if you put this on a hot burner and it gets about 200° you might have a fire

looking for a link to make my own... should be verry little polymer resin and lots of mineral oil... also has anyone tried adding mineral oil to get more volume. I imagine it will get softer and i need it firmer.. using for other applications but its waaayyyy too expensive

Cold throw is the fragrance the candle gives off when it's not lit and hot throw is fragrance when the candle is lit.

you can try to spritz the top surface with alcohol and i know that gets the bubbles out of resin but the best way is to stir veerrryyyy slowly

i believe you need to let the wax cool a little before adding fragrance oils because if it's too hot, you're burning the scent from the fragrance oil.
