I worked at Limelight, NYC, '92 - '94. Was given a Collision EP cassette. So glad I was able to buy it on CD as Coarse album. I still love it to this day. GREAT Band and recordings were incredibly engineered! Wish it was on Spotify.

There were some black members of harder bands like Suicidal Tendencies and others. Now there is body count and many other African Americans that enjoy heavy metal. Just because you don't see a black person in a band does not mean they don't enjoy the music.

Greta Van fleet is good, yes, but talent wise, they don’t hold a candle against what badlands could do. Badlands was on a whole other level that Greta could only wish to achieve.

Had the luck of seeing Badlands 2 times un the UK, the latter being when they were falling out badly. Maybe a controversial statement, considering Ray's alleged behaviour after knowing he was HIV+, however probably the coolest guy I ever saw on a stage.
