    I knew you would win the match, but to be that dominant. That’s just fuckin WOW! I also thought you were VERY right to be pissed when Mask yanked your arm like that, especially in that particular moment when it was blindside. This was an unbelievable performance. If you don’t mind, what’s the name of the intro song you used? Was that supposed to transition into something else and it just got cut short?

    Im pretty sure this is how Mindaugus Tarasitis trains witj bands. Constantly visualizing arm wrestling and making that connection with lighter resistance bands

    To me this doesn’t make sense for the riser and pronation lift it those are solely done for only riser and pronation I agree though that a 90 degree lift for biceps won’t translate over much for most ppl though I would agree wayyy more w you if you had the weight in your set up pulling away from you though and not down your arm , I think that would make this significantly better To me a lift should be as accurate as possible and having the pressure come from as accurate as possible , I don’t believe the way you preach it in this video is even remotely close to accurate though which ironically “ just add 25lbs more “ is ego lifting to me .

    Have you changed things up in your training recently or still doing sets of ~5 reps of your 10 rep max? This was 6 with 120lbs, at ~3-4 RPE so your 1RM must be somewhere over 170lbs. 👀🔥

  • @bradgrundy512
    @bradgrundy51224 күн бұрын

    Im generally doing between 1-3 reps for rise and back pressure and 3-8 reps for cup. I have done 170 before with high pulley cup/side but it felt pretty awful lol. With cupping and side pressure i actually feel like i have better and safer gains when i find a weight i can barely play with and progress upwards from there.
