Atualmente eu tenho feito tratamento acompanhado pelo medico endocrino com o Saxenda. é um medicamento de alto custo digamos, mas esta me ajudando muito na perca e controle de peso e não esta atrapalhando a minha ansiedade. A sugestão é que você procure um endocrino e veja se pra vc é uma opção. No meu caso, o tratamento com este medicamento tem data dfinida para acabar pois não é um medicamento que eu consiga sustentar por muito tempo, usarei ate chegar a minha meta e pararei com a medicação. Ai entra muito a nossa parte que é controlar a nossa alimentação.
