  i love the ambiance and colors u used for this, it reminds me of watercolors on paper which i think is fitting, also the portraits up on the wall that had two of everything (ladybugs, fish, cats) gave me this sadness, like i can picture the waittress hanging those up to remember their old friend, something that gives them equal parts happiness and sadness. this was really good, and i hope one day mitski notices this beautiful work. thank you for putting the time, effort, and creativity to deliver this masterpiece!!

  I really love your art style, it’s so unique and fun. The way you color and shade is so pretty, and I would absolutely watch a show in this style. I’m sure people have already said this, but this could honestly be the music video for this song, I’d believe it

  I keep coming back to this animation no matter how long it’s been, it’s by far one of my favourite animated art pieces. I love your choice of colours and shapes! Im glad ‘Old Friend’ has such a lovely fan animation to accompany it! ‘Old Friend’ is such a bittersweet and melancholic song, and you portray it PERFECTLY! x
