  Elve's best spd gear is just one spd faster than my best. Same spd hit too. And I'm f2p. No one asked but feelsgoodlol. I climbed 1300pts in one day from champ v to legend vi in normal arena after getting her.

  you don't need her to be at least 300 for her to be great though. I have her in the 270-280 range and she works wonders. The only thing is that if she's going to be built slower then she needs to have a good amount of bulk + immunity.

  For the arti I prefer pipette personally. No healing or bonus on s3 but the majority of the match is s1 and s3 is often more useful for the stun so holding it can be useful.

  He's very terrible against Spoli-Jenua teams. Jenua when silenced, goes for s1-s3 combo. Outside of the push back, he doesn't do anything much from the effects of Spoli's s3. You still have speed down and the team is pushed back.
