  You get the vinyl to shrink by using a heat gun… don’t burn a hole in it though.

  Looks good! In Canada where cars dissolve from salt, we use 1 part penetrating oil, 1 part 80w 90 gear oil, and 2 parts transmission fluid. Doesn't wash off and absolutely stops rust instantly.

  @@blazeboyblazeboy4470 I’ll try with wd-40 since it’s available in stores in a gallon container. In the past I tried a mix of used motor oil, diesel and linseed oil. It was cheaper than store bought products but I was not impressed. Definitely better than nothing but I want something that will fully penetrate the rust and not wash off in 2 months.

  homie I gotta do the same thing to avoid changing the frame entirely which is a pain in the ass. SO after the grinding and fine brush the year before do you apply brake cleaner then rustoleum ? Also if you hit with a hammer/screwdriver the rusty holes don t you risk making them larger ... That's no bueno k lemme know

  Need some help buddy I’m looking at a truck it won’t switch into overdrive it runs good besides that they said they put a tps in it but they said the person fixing it said they need another tps he replaced the trans not long ago

  @@piemane no I have not but my guess is either tps delete? Or run a new leads for the alternator ground or try to start with the foil over the ground just to see if it helps he said he bought the truck and they had replaced the trans when he got the truck it was jumping in and out of overdrive and now it doesn’t go in but it runs perfect besides that and when he took it to the shop they said tps .. he got a new tps… and then they said he needed to get another new one … so my guess is like I said just delete the tps but the true issue is prob the alternator ground should be replaced with a good line I guess and make sure all the grounds and leads are cleaned up for the battery and all unless I’m missing something he will be sending me a vid soon I could send it to you if that’s cool … if it driving but the truck looks solid and it’s not a bad price specially if it’s just a quick fix like that

  My daughter and her best friend are being pressured into joining the guard (Louisiana). My daughter told him that she is going to college to be a social worker and he said that she would be able to get an office job and would never have to worry about war. Her friend was told that she would not have to do the CS training (she told him that was why she didn’t want to join). Is this accurate or just a way to get them to sign?

  Everybody does CS training. It is really about learning how to use your protective mask. CS really isn’t diddly but chemical and biological weapons will kill you. Soldiers need to be able to mask quickly to stay alive.

  @@rascal0175 I spoke with my uncle who joined the National Guard and he said the same. I don’t know why they are not being honest with her. She truly believes that she will not have to. I support all of our military, I don’t have what it takes to ever join. Lying to teenage girls to get them to join is so wrong. I would not want someone who doesn’t have a passion for protecting our country to be in the military. These recruiters need to be more diligent about who they are training

  @@ThisIsMyKZreadName1 Recruiters are under fire to get results. The military is way behind in meeting their target numbers. Recruiters can get pushy. Anyone going in the military needs to be concerned about war. Can someone get an office job? Yes. But that does not mean the will never go to war. No one can guarantee that. That why soldiers attend basic combat training and qualify with a rifle. Everyone goes through the gas chamber. Yes, CS gas will make the eyes tear up, the sinuses drain and CS, actually a riot control agent, may slightly sting on moist skin. It also clears the head and makes breathing easier once out of the gas. Lots of people fear it, only to laugh about it later. Why are these women being pressured to enlist and by who? Soldiers should be enlisting voluntarily for the best experience.

  @@jshlyrad correseal or rust cutter converts rust into iron phosphate. Then u can apply paint or the proven method of oil based spray such as fluid film. It will halt rust in its tracks.

  Great job. You make a good point about your weather there vs say the Notheast. To me it looks good for a year. Maybe you can get away with just hitting it with another coat at one point now that all the initial prep has been done. Good valuable information videos.
