Don’t like this… powerless orchestra… and voice is to loud… problem sounds and sometimes rytmics… but the exercice is so difficult… great

Alas, the Mexico Orchestra is not world class, and neither is the band the used. However, Marc still makes the best of any situation. I wish they would release a bluray of his soon performance with the Boston Pops. Now THAT would be truly brilliant.

So far, they have only collaborated with him as he sand for their official tribute band (Queen Extravaganza) for 5 years, and then they used his voice for the Bohemian Rhapsody movie where they didn't have good Freddie recordings. He sang with them on American Idol, and sang with Roger at a fundraiser with Spike's All-star Band. You can find videos of these on youtube.

In reality, Marc only sings a few % (maybe I'm even exaggerating - I've captured data from less than 1% to 3%) in non-concert scenes where quality recordings of Freddie's voice were not available. Everything else is Freddie. You are creating a myth that is not based on truth.

So Adam Lambert can sing the songs of Freddie very well and very soully, but Marc Martel comes close to the voice of Freddie and I think Freddie would be proud of both. But nobody will ever be able to replace it was a legend and he will always remain a legend. Even if Adam and Marc are very good singers they will never touch my heart as Freddie, it is really a shame that he had to go so early I would have wanted to see him live with all my heart was young. This song was written by lead guitarist Brian May for the soundtrack to the film "Highlander" (1986). He wrote the song after seeing a 20-minute first cut of the scene of Heather MacLeod's death. The orchestrations were done by the co-composer of the film's score, Michael Kamen. Freddie Mercury provides all the main vocals on the film version of this track, while Brian May sings lead vocals on the first verse with Mercury on the rest of the song on the album version.
