Just got mine today everything scales to 1440p on my ps3 back compat model and there's definitely a noticeable difference much less fuzzy and a clearer picture i always had a problem with the ps3s visual quality compared to the 360 this helps tremendously
So what do u think about use the mclassic with pc emulators like PCSX2? Can work? If i use pcsx2 on 1080p and then use the mclassic they can be a better resolution and fixed any graphic issues? Thanks a lot. 🙏🏻❤️
I have a HDMI mini on my dreamcast. Can i just plug this into mini to hdmi lead (the right way as shown here) or am I going to have to get an adapter? Have it like right at the back of the machine.
I like it with the PS3 the most. Alot of PS3 games have no AA at all. Also very few PS3 games output 1080p and the mClassic can upscale the PS3 1080p making the PS3 compatable with the 4K Gamer Pro. If they do another in the future I hope it doesn't have white outlineing artifacts as that is my biggest critism. Also wouldn't mind the option to turn off any colour and contrast enhancements because even though I like them I don't always want them and just want the smoothing and upscaleing.

What will i need if i want to use this on the original xbox?
If you're a lucky American you have an NTSC version so it can natively output some games in HD unlike me in the UK with the pal version only outputs to 480i 😭 I recommend if you live in the US a kaico Xbox to hdmi then just plug the mclassic in the hdmi slot, if you're like me a European id suggest either a AV to HDMI or scart to HDMI converter then put the mclassic in the HDMI port on the adapter

No. I play Battlefield 3 and have used mclassic for over a year. No input lag. Check my youtube. I have some examples.

@@slashersv7218 yes it will ✌️ as long as you set the console to 720p . Mclassic does the upscaling and adds the rest.
My switch only outputs 1080p with the MClassic and my TV is 4K. Also I’m not clear on whether I need to have the Switch set to 720 or 1080 output. I get both answers
Why don’t you plug the mClassic directly in the HDMI port in the back of the blu ray, do you actually need the extension for it to work?

I just bought the mclassic just now for my ps3 slim its not showing any signal please help this is annoying a brand new box and so much fussi plugged with and qithout the cable extension included but its not working no signal to my 4k tv i have set the ps3 to 720p and still doesn't show the signal do i have to bypass hdcp of ps3 slim by using a hdmi spliter please help anyone
The real problem with this device and this company is the false advertising. This product is advertised as something that it absolutely cannot do under any of the circumstances consumers would actually want it to function. It's effectively worthless for game upscaling on any normal TV, since almost none support 1440p. 4K upscaling only happens if your content is low framerate. This video ONLY exists because this company misled all of its customers with its advertising.

There’s no difference… I have a gaming monitor and a 4K tv and they both are the exact same. Don’t even see a difference when using my 15k pc between them.

J'utilise la MClassic avec la Xbox Serie S sur un écran 1080p et laissez-moi vous dire que c'est tout bonnement de la sorcellerie : non seulement ça lisse l'aliasing mais ça donne aussi de la profondeur à l'image (flagrant avec dans un TPS où notre personnage se détache parfaitement du décor), sans parler que ça agit sur le contraste de l'image (les noirs sont plus... noirs). Je recommande aussi pour la PS3 pour laquelle cette petite pièce d'ingénierie a bonifié toutes mes expériences de jeu. J'envisage même l'achat d'un écran 1440p pour en profiter pleinement. Bref beau boulot de la part de Marseille.

So, for my lg86un85006la TV an edit emulator did the trick for the ps3, sweet 1440p. But sadly there is no way to achieve that on ps5. No matter what, as soon as an edid emulator is connected the ps5 only puts out stereo 2.0 sound and nothing else. There are many games on ps5 which are native 1080p, but no way to get 1440p and surround sound. You have to choose, which is unfortunate.

The colors look brighter and less faded with mclassic. You can see it quite clearly at the start of the video.

I would love an RGB VGA/Component version of the mClassic, being able to use it to upscale 240p/480p/576p 4:3 to 1440p 4:3 with scanlines via native VGA/Component (component using a simple passive adapter) would be incredible, this would be so useful for playing either OG hardware or FPGA consoles on a PC CRT monitor, or a Plasma or PVM/BVM, but especially a nice CRT monitor that can do up to 1920x1440p, being able to plug an SNES/N64/PS1/Saturn/Xbox/etc into the VGA via a VGA mClassic and have such good scaling and AA combined with scanlines would look and play amazing. I know because I've done this using the mClassic combined with the HD Fury and a scanline generator, but this is not as practical as just using one adapter, having to combined multiple video adapters/processors introduces lag, signal and audio sync problems and colour issues, but when it does work well enough to get a preview of how good a VGA mClassic would look it really does show how awsome a VGA mClassic with a built-in scanline generator would be.

@@MarseilleInc Well native RGB analogue is a big one, this would be useful for so many consoles and computers, (also useful for DVD players and laserdisc players), second, because we no longer have native RGB VGA output from GPUs, we have lost the ability to get high-quality analogue from modern GPUs, which had 400mhz triple 12-Bit RGB-DACs built in as standard, the ones that are available have cheap and horrible video quality with low pixel-clocks and are always sold out even though they are rubbish, so that would be the main thing if you produced one, to make sure it has a decent pixel-clock rate and HQ RGB-DACs, another thing would be a EDID emulator built in for custom resolutions and aspect ratios, this would also mean super-sampling would be possible because EDID emulators make this possible and would mean not having to use fiddly custom software, having presets up to 8K already programmed in would be great, and also being able work with component and S-Video would be great, but especially component.

It increases the resolution much better then not having one. If you also combo it with the 4k gamer pro then you'll have Switch games at 4k with better graphics. I backed this project at kickstarter at the time & got sweat deals. Trust me this thing works. If you got extra cash grab this & 4k gamerpro take your gaming looks one step further.

@@whatistruth101Not really. This seems to be a new boxart as the one I've got from a couple of years ago is the black box with its see-through window. What the comment above suggests is to pair it with another enhancement device so that you achieve 4K resolution. I've seen some videos that have demonstrated such experiment; the results are interesting, but, personally, the mClassic by itself is enough for an excellent investment considering its price and features. Side note: the mClassic does upscale to 4K resolution if the source is 30Hz or lower, mostly possible with stuff such as Blu-Ray movies.
