hello, your car is a beast!! did you reinforce the box? if the answer is no, what can I do to prevent it from breaking with so much torque (the reinforcements don't really help from what I understand), I'm considering fitting a tdi 400+ but the gearbox scare me a little !

Turbo antisurge housing modification, incrasing volume of piping between turbo and fmic and biggest modification is FMIC, maximizing flow thru it, bigger inlet outled and vanes inside ic for better air distribution

ARP head studs, lowered compression, big piston bowls so for now , no problem with head lift... Hp not measured, will go to dyno when all would work perfectly, i hope for ~450hp

Still not full power... After mapping and solving all details for perfect running i will measure... For now best is 8.2sec 100-200, full interior + all four semi slick 225 45 16

V band or hd clamps. For v band you need still use silicon hoses just for egr side and turbo side. For hd clamp just 1 silicon hose on the turbo

Good work. Only note from me is that the new (and the old one as well) water radiator is of the mechanically joined type, not the soldered type. This means it has at least 20% less cooling capacity. If you want to improve your cooling, search for one of the soldered type, like the OEM one.
