I only get 5x100 334mm discs from Golf IV r32

I use 345mm disc form golf 6 r with redrilled holes

@@Jandrokovic ok thanks for the answer, which clamp adapter do you use? I have in my seat leon fr 1m Z18 calipers with d Epitec adapters but they are for 334mm discs and I would like to mount the 345mm. A greeting from Spain
