Hey man I got the medium my waist is about 94 cm or 35-37 inch I can fit with 1 hole left to get bigger tried with 2 holes left to get bigger but feels a bit tight. Should I stick with the medium or switch to large and is there any downsides with more overlap from bigger belt I am 79 and going to do cut and bulk cycles around 74-79 I think maybe in the future if i go up to 82s will bulk more atm plan to compete at 74s

in that case i would recommend sizing up man and having more material will make you feel more secure on squats, although might get in the way for deadlifts.

@@mojeedsulayman1518 Hey man I switched to Large from medium and I have about 3 holes to get smaller and can set it tighter on squats with 2 holes left to get smaller on deadlift I set it with 3 holes to get smaller My waist is about 37 inch Would switching back to Medium be better or is this the right size? I am 78.2 now I think I would cut max to 74 for comp but most likely would stay 3% above 74kg class Thanks

Hey Mo Does TNG Bench have any use in a powerlifting program or should all the work be done paused?

hey man this one depends on the lifter honestly, tng bench is a good variation for overloading/training with slightly heavier loads as you don't have to worry about the pause. Although it needs to be used as a variation I believe with normal pause work still being used during the training week.

I know this is old , but myself and many others have heel slip in NIKES . BUT!! The material on the inside WILL swell once you start sweating in them …. To speed up the process , you can kinda wet you fingers massage the water into the inside area at the back of heel and sides … kinda memic a heavy sweat … let it dry and do it again ….. you may even feel the foam on the inside swell as you do this … They do get better as you wear them ..

Yeah I’ve always noticed that your deadlift peaks tremendously, looks so much easier on the platform than 20kg less did in training
