I’ve been taught by my spirit guides that one path to healing and awakening is to embrace being human, do the things that you love that fill your cup, and enjoy the simple things. These all allow your soul to come to the forefront, and the looping mind, ego, and reactive nervous system to subside some. So, relax, be compassionate with yourself & those around you, and embrace your life. And you can’t go wrong with gratitude and going into nature! ✨🙏🏻✨

It's been a wonderful gift to be able to hear the three of you talk in a demeanor as if I was a part of the conversation. I'm always amazed how celebrities all seem to echo the same emotion in saying "am I really this lucky to do what I love and find success" both financially and socially. But facing their success like rubbing their eyes and wondering is it all a dream or real.

Isn’t the inability to identify or process one’s emotions or thoughts in the moment is a common trait of neurodivergent folks (autism or adhd, I forgot which. I’m not an expert!) I suppose there’s a balance.

Thats key, you will no longer fall into toxic relationships because you know your worth and you wont allow someone to treat you bad. When you dont love yourself, thats an open door for toxic people to treat yiu bad

Consider others as more important than yourself and you will have no trouble getting your needs met. Shellfish mindsets sound better than they actually are. Be wary of this self centered advice.

Thank you for this post. This conversation has helped me not to feel so alone or abnormal in my grief. I lost a friend of 17 years whom I dearly loved and my mother. Both to hellish cancer. Both just recently. He in February. Her in April. I thought I was alone in my paralyzed mental state and physical manifestations of hell. ☕️💜

I see some but not all auras. Someone I know leans towards brown in recent years (originates from blue) and I see a haze, almost like a net of gnats around them. I took the quiz before reading about the colors and got pink which didn't surprise me because I've always seen pink reflected back at me in the mirror and the color descriptions I read after the quiz did line up with how I perceive them in other people. So that being said, I'd be curious what the brown and "gnats" could mean.

Valuing wrong things gives me comfort and I think established my personality to never outgrow it, but in the middle of turning 17 I question my own comfort and might be the reason why I'm scared of my future- or perhaps what it will be when I don't even know what to value anymore. well I'm still 16 and I hope sooner or later I'll be able to learn how to see what I want and should value.

Oddly I was in my fifties before I learned I could have boundaries. Like Taylor I’m a people pleaser. Sometimes to the point of my own detriment. I had many things happen to me when I was young that I think led me to believe boundaries were something I didn’t even know I could set for myself. It was actually a friend that that said to me honey you know that what happened to you wasn’t right. That I could have spoken up for myself. This friend gave me the confidence to stand strong in my feelings and that it was ok to say know. Sounds like something I should have learned at a much earlier age. I think though when things happen to you that damage you deeply you have a learned behavior of just keeping the peace or making everyone, but yourself happy.

I feel like the episode where Sheldon admits his hoarding tendency to Amy was Mayim's idea because of this. She probably told the show runners/writers that it's very likely Sheldon would have closet hoarding disorder considering his severe ocd.

I agree with you, we need to be nicer to each other, stop for a moment, say hello to the neighbor, smell the flower, listen to the birds singing, stop constantly rushing forward, constantly buying new things that you don't even need, the world is spinning so fast that even we can't keep up with it, recently I had to completely rearrange my life to find myself, it cost me a lot but I finally feel good, I feel like myself, I have fun with knitting and crocheting, I feel pleasure in doing beautiful things for the good of others, this change has healed me physically and mentally, I may not be a successful lawyer, I don't earn a lot of money, but I feel needed and fulfilled just by being myself, which is what I wish for you too
