Urghh. The word 'impactful' is so grotesque. I shuddered every time you used it. It's just a hideous way of turning the noun 'impact' into an adjective. It's an ugly, clumsy word. 'Effective' communicator or 'forceful communicator', anything rather than 'impactful' communicator.
