Think about how many games have flopped at launch and shelved soon after. Paid dlc are on top of the game cost. If the game flops you have lost that cash. Or you just start playing something new. My kid had skins on fortnite and switched to rocket league. Bye €200. Started asking for skins in RL i told him to sell the skins he baought in fn and buy rl ones. He laughed thats stupid you cant. I told him to think about that. 2 days later he asked was he scammed. 😁 Yup. Pixels are not transferable and add nothing in game so shouldnt cost you unless part of a good value content package. Shattered space is a fix to a poor game. Creations is a train crash.

The biggest problem with exploration isn't fast travel or needing to walk to PoI. It's that it is pointless. There's nothing to explore, nothing to find. The way loot is set up, how mods work, all of that just doesn't work well. And beyond that, your enemies are humans, humans, and more humans, with nothing really differentiating them. It's a boring world (well, worlds), with nothing to explore, and some other human has been everywhere before. And this "nothing to explore" aspect also ties into why NG+ is a complete and utter failure, that can't be fixed without a ton of "free work", which Bethesda won't do. No way they'll completely rework a sizeable chunk of the launch content so that choices have consequences, so that different routes exist, so that there's a reason to experience the same story a second, third, fourth, and more time. There's no saving the game.

Overall i didnt enjoy starfield and already had it downvoted. What do i do now? Ohh. Elder scrolls 6. No way im prebuying that game. Probably €70 too. Skyrim isnt good without mods but because the comminity improved it and customised they believe es6 will win our heart. Wait for reviews to buy it.

They should have just provided a good game. I hate mods. Each update you need to update all and see what is broken as not matching the game version. Game becomes a job and you loose functionality from time to time. A mod creation kit is just lazy way to provide content. They werent bothered.

The adventurers guild have one quest and you can buy the other. 🤦 Incredible. Then the ad says there are empty worlds to fill. Do we have to do their jobs? Come on.....paying for mods is not an option no matter the price. The game is terrible. They add insult to injury.

Bethesda is truly awful now. I have no interest in Elder Scrolls VI at this point. They have utterly destroyed any goodwill they may have once earned with their ambitious yet charmingly janky efforts and now feel like a greedy and lazy company who will not innovate and will always try and get money even when it’s for work done by others to fix their poorly made products. Any gaming experience offered by Bethesda Softworks in the last decade or more can be found better in other games. Other than lore or brand loyalty I see no reason to buy their products ever again.

I guess I'll wait a year after TES6 launch for the community to make the game playable 😂 Really enjoying the improvements I can find, the XP increase is so needed. Games dull without it. Wish the expansion added more companions. There isn't enough, and there's no dialogue or anything interesting offered from the NPCs you can recruit outside of constellation.
