I am not a professional chef. This channel is more on a 'passion project' to me. Making quick and easy no bake and no oven goodies every weekend is my breather from a long week of desk job. I hope you enjoy each recipe as much as I do. Thank you for the support! Salamat ng marami.

Hi maam ask lang po plan ko sna sya igayak ng gabi then kinabukasan ng madaling araw ko gagayak para ifry ok lng po ba ilagay sa freezer n nakaready to fry n sya?
Hi po. Wag niyo po muna i-proof or hayaan mag-rise yung dough kapag ilalagay niyo sa freezer. After niyo po lagyan ng cheese ilagay niyo po lahat sa airtight container para di po pasukin ng moisture. The next day po before frying, i-thaw niyo po muna yung dough. Tanggalin niyo lang po yung cover ng container palitan niyo nalang ng tela or any clean fabric then hayaan niyo lang po magrise. I can't give you the exact time kung gaano katagal po ang proofing. Observe niyo nalang po, basta nag-rise na yung dough at hindi na malamig ready to fry na yun. Don't fry po na malamig kasi hindi maluluto yung loob.

@@teacherkath7974 pwede naman po wag muna lagyan ng cheese. Kung yung dough muna balak mong gawin the night before, just cover the dough with cling wrap. Kinabukasan po, remove niyo lang yung wrap, hayaan niyo lang po mag-rise yung dough niyo until magdouble in size saka lagyan ng cheese. More efficient yung way na to kasi mas maliit yung room for mistake. Sa time naman po, depende sa temp ng room 30mins - 1 hour (more or less), basta magdouble yung size ng dough ok na yun. (1) Labas sa freezer remove the wrap (2) Lagay sa bowl, cover with towel or any fabric. Place in warm room. Let it rise until magdouble ang size. (3) Masa ng kaunti. Cut kung gaano kalaki niyo po gusto. Rest for 5 minutes para di pumalag yung dough kapag lalagyan ng cheese. (4) Lagyan ng cheese. Cover the rest for magdouble. (5) Fry.

After lutuin yung cornstarch medyo pinalamig ko muna 😅 ayun medyo nag gelatinize yung gulaman omg sana hindi to mag fail waaah
I failed 😅 hindi nag set yung gulaman kaya maghahalo halo lag yung flavors... pinaghiwahiwalay ko nalang chocolate flavor, ube flavor, milk flavor 😅
Di kasi ganun kalasa yung chocolate condensed ma'am. Kumbaga mas strong yung flavor ng injoy.

Yes po. Mag-iiba lang po sa texture because donuts are traditionally fried po.

Hi. Check niyo po yung baking powder niyo, try niyo kumuha ng kahit 1 tsp lang tapos lagay niyo sa baso then buhusan niyo ng 1 tbsp mainit ng tubig. Kapag bumula po pwede pa gamitin, kapag hindi na bili na po kayo ng bago.

parang mas maganda cassava flour, kasi yung sago/pearl gawa din sa cassava flour, hindi starchy.. pero di ko pa natry both..hehe..
